I’ve been reading tons of threads about using a mild ads during the day so your dick heals in a elongated state. Who has had good gains without an ADS? Besides CubanB

They are not necessary, I agree with Bib’s thoughts on ADS. I recently got some autoxleeves and I love wearing them though.

ADS is not necessary for good gains. Many people can attest to that including me.

Hanging gives good length gains I believe.. ADS seems like the lazy way to gain, I think I might try it lol


BPEL = 6.3, EG MID SHAFT = 5inch EG MiD BASE = 4.8, Goal = BPEL 7.5, EG = 5.5- 6.. I WILL SUCCEED.

I would try it if I was too busy to do the manual pe exercises anymore..


Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

And lazy gains are BAD, right?

An ADS is the only thing that ever worked for me. Most of my gains were in the flaccid size (Not unimportant).

I’ve gained about one half inch of erect length so far, from about one month of use. I haven’t included too many other exercises yet, except for moderate jelqing whenever I want to remove it.

I’ve one 1 inch in 7 months with ADS few years ago.

I’m a fan of ADS, or better said of extenders; so said, I don’t think using an ADS is ‘necessary’ to have good length gains - many people can gain without using an ADS. Of course, for a minorance of men ADS could be the best way, as in the goonbaby’ case.

Since iv wore my ads and ans my flaccid is hanging much lower.

How much money don’t you have?
