I’m not sure if this is a known technique but it seems pretty similar to o-bends. I start off with quite low erection level, full with blood but still floppy. I start off with a few regular slow jelqs. Then I do jelqs in an arcing motion bending the penis with my thumb throughout the jelq. My main motions are to the side but I’m trying to do arcs in all directions. This seems to be an effective method for a good pump to your girth and nice stretch on the ligaments as well. I follow up with some traditional style jelqs to even out the bending I was doing then throw in some girth squeezes. I plan to try this method for a while and see where it gets me. I’m hoping this exercise is a breakthrough for me. Has anyone tried something similar to this?

Seems like I’m having some nice PIs from my routine and noticing a lot of pump lasting throughout the day. I will continue with this technique and report back more conclusively after more time has passed. Looking to see if someone may try it and see how it felt for them too.

Yes, I frequently do this and have noticed gains when I do. Stretches one CC while putting the other under greater stress/pressure.


2/11/11: 7.75" BPEL, 6" BSEG, 5.5" MSEG

6/4/11: 8.4" BPEL, 6.375" BSEG, 5.8" MSEG

Just started again, another new measurement coming soon; I'm pretty close to that June '11 though.

I think it’s a very innovative idea.

How long have you been doing them this way?

I know it’s hard to pin down but do you notice a direct link between doing jelqs this way and gains?

This may be deserving of more follow up.

I have done similar things while jelqing, particularly putting mild pressure on the top while bending the shaft upwards as I move along.

And to the sides as well.

As my erection level increases this becomes impossible.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Yes low erection level is key. I’d also like to point out to newbies not to try this move until after you have completed the newbie routine and are ready for more advanced techniques.

PE on temporary hiatus, bathroom remodeling. I always need the shower to clean up. Manual stretches only for a few days.
