What is your definition of “small testicles” in terms of inches/cm?

I used to have a small tight ballsac. Pumping easily loosened and enlarged my sac permanently. I’m happy with the way my balls look now.

Do you mean you enlarged the sac, or the balls…or both?

I’m wondering if pumping the testicles could actually enlarge then and stimulate more testosterone production. When you pump your balls do you find an increased sexual desire? Greater frequency of sex? In general, do you observe indicators of elevated testosterone.

The reason I ask, is I bought a dvd set from a so called Chinese sexual Chi kung master, and one of the techniques to increase testosterone was to daily squeeze the testicles just enough to make them ache. That was done for about 60 reps, 30 each hand. I thought if that actually worked, ball pumping might have a similar effect.

Over time the sac is stretched and enlarged permanently, allowing the testicles to hang more loosely and freely and thus make the testicles and sac seem much larger.

Personally, I also find that when I pump my sac (not as often as my dick), I definitely have a noticeable hormonal and libido surge and increased sexual desire. It’s important to keep the pressure in the low 2 -3” hg range, allowing the pump to be very gradual.

There is no aching involved in pumping my sac. It all feels quite good.

Just for the record, I’m not talking here about “extreme” ballsac pumping, but modest pumping for sac size enlargement with a good aesthetic.

peforeal, I’ve pumped my balls some, too. But, I’ve wondered if the increased desire and libido was just getting horny from playing with my balls. I’d never thought that the pumping might have some physiologic effect on libido. Interesting.

For me, I don’t think that’s it. I’ve experimented with just regular pumping of my dick one day and then pumping both dick and ballsac the next day, and I have a definite libido rise with the ballsac pumping, especially in my 2-stage cylinder which measures 3.25” diameter x 4” diameter x 10” length. Perhaps the difference is due to extra subtle pressure placed onto the prostate area. Whatever it is, I like the results.
