Anyone who has had succes with a jelqing only routine?

Just curious, anyone who has had any success with a jelqing only routine? I was thinking about going back to basics, and maybe just do 15 mins of jelqing, 2 times a day.

I feel that my PE:ing is starting to become way too time consuming and advanced with pumping and clamping and edging etc, and it puts a kind of psychological stress on me, affecting my EQ and even my life. 15 mins of jelqing, 2 times a day, 5 days a week seems moderate and easy. The question is, will it be enough to create some gains? What do you think guys?

I`m PEing from the middle of september last year.Until this year I do only jelqs for a 15-20 min a day and this gived to me a 0.5 inch in lenght and another ~0.2 inch in girth.I don`t now if this is from jelqs only or maybe it`s from my better EQ too.I start with 6.9 BPEL and 4.9 MSEG.Now I`m clearly 7.5 BPEL and 5.1-5.2 MSEG.No strech,no hanging,no clamping.Only the good old hand.From start of this year I`m concentrated on ULI`s,because I`m pretty happy with my lenght,but want to reach a 5.75-6.00 girth.

I think it depends on whether or not you have had success with jelqing.

If an individual gains from jelqing and keeps doing so, then, as far as I believe, there is no reason to change routine. Keep going until you plateau. As for whether you can keep gaining on a basic routine, again, it depends on the individual. I keep using manual techniques only. I use a cock ring afterwards, but that doesn’t count as ‘advanced’ for me. I have tried clamping and been interested in pumping but I keep returning to jelqing. I am more interested in EQ right now so I am also on a basic routine. However, I keep seeing gains, albeit small ones (is a gain ever too small? lol)

What sort of psychological stress are techniques like clamping, pumping and edging putting on you?

I am a fan of only jelqing based routine too.. Could you say me how do you perform the jelqing? Time,erection percentage,if you squeeze sometimes,stroke duration,if you masturbate yourself after PE or before, etc?


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

I do it with a tight overhand OK grip,with a 50-60 % of erection and a slowly may be 4-5 sec strokes.I don’t squeeze it, or masturbate.
