Anyone who has had succes with a jelqing only routine?
Just curious, anyone who has had any success with a jelqing only routine? I was thinking about going back to basics, and maybe just do 15 mins of jelqing, 2 times a day.
I feel that my PE:ing is starting to become way too time consuming and advanced with pumping and clamping and edging etc, and it puts a kind of psychological stress on me, affecting my EQ and even my life. 15 mins of jelqing, 2 times a day, 5 days a week seems moderate and easy. The question is, will it be enough to create some gains? What do you think guys?
