Is there anyone like me, do a real light routine but no heavier flaccid hang after it?
I am doing only 5 mins jelq+2 mins bend with warm up and after that my penis contract,
I increase only1/12 inches per month.

please share your routine and how much you’ve grow, and how you notice you have overdone it.

Mine doesn’t get that “thick, full” feel that often, only sometimes.

What exercises are you doing?

130 strokes (kegels in between)

Well the last month i had to stop two times because i had black spots on my unit, so that was how i noticed that i overdone.
and if your EQ drops thats a sign too.
I only measure at the beginning of the month so as far as i know i haven´t had any gains.

ei iron have you perceived the reason why you only get them sometimes?

warm up
plump bending 4 directions x 30sec x 4times
and jelqing 80 strokes of 5-6 mins
warm down

yes, seems the EQ is the only PI for us to determine if we have overdone, poor.
you are much better than me, your routine is harder than mine,
but I need half a day to back to normal or sometimes 1-2days..

I notice that if I hang with my bib, a pretty heavy weight but still comfortable then do 20 jelqs to get blood back in, and either start some jelq/squeeze girth work to end of the routine if I have already done a few hanging sets, or I put on my autoXsleeve, I hang better.

How much force are you using with your jelqs and stretches?

I haven’t started hanging yet.

Even Stretching seems hurt to me.

I do them in a real low force

but jelqing I am doing it with a bit bending, because I don’t want all the expansion go to the head.

stretching much lower force than before, I was using the force like tearing something in ligament,

but now is only a light stretching.

generally I mainly jelq at 40-60%, but yesterday I jelq at 80% I felt so good during jelqing but then turtle for whole day,
I was doing only plump bend + jelq every the other day this month,
but I ‘ve found it ‘d got a bit shorter with no stretching workout,
so I decide to do stretching again.

I am not sure if this is called a bigger flaccid?

It look bigger when I first took my pants off.
But when I am naked and walking around it shrink.
Does the penis shrink while I am walking naked normal?

The general consensus is that lower erection percentage jelqing (such as 40-60%) will aid primarily in length, high percentage jelqing (80%) will be more favorable to girth.

If you “turtled” soon after your jelqing session, chances are you were using too much force - or perhaps too many repetitions, so the cumulative force was too much.

Yes. It’s normal.

The penis is sensitive to changes in temperature, so if it’s a bit colder with no clothes, then it should shrink a bit.

However, if it shrinks an unusual amount, and the other factor is that you’ve just completed a PE work-out, it could be in reaction to that. Again, it indicates the use of too much force.

What’s this about?

Why are you doing bends? That’s an advanced exercise. I urge you to consider strictly following The Newbie Routine, until you really know what you’re doing.
