Anyone use a heating pad
I currently use the rice sock method and I think a heating pad would be more effective.
Anyone who uses a heating pad agree? Also, which pad do you use?

I have tried lots of heating pads and by far the best one and the one to get is the ThermiPaq 6”X12” that you heat in the microwave. Buy it at WalMart or Target for under $15.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have used electric heating pads. I am now using a 6x12 thermipaq heating pad and an IR lamp.
