Anyone here ice as a cooldown

I’m sitting here with a sock full of warm dry rice on my member and was wondering if anyone used ice afterwards and what effects you’ve noticed as I have read snippets on other threads regarding it.

Hmm thanks think I’ll stick with the regular for the time being although I like the theory on length gain using that.

I use a cold bottle of water from the fridge and I stretch with one hand, cool the penis down with the other. I’m gonna measure in 10 days, I have been on a 3 day off, 1 day on schedule, and I bet the growth will be great from what I can already see.
