Anyone has experience with DLD's SRT-Routine?
Have some of you tried DLD’s SRT-Routine or the gain 1 inch in 12 weeks program?
Did you have success? So far it’s working great for me, especially when combining it with my LengthMaster, doing stretches with it,
Just adds a complete different dimension to it, that you just can’t get when doing regular manual stretches, like manually doing DLD-Blasters VS doing DLD-Blasters with the LM or Power-Assist.
