Anyone gained without changing routine?

Hello, I am a newbie to the practical side of pe. I have’nt done much actual consistent pe. Recently I was thinking about just doing the newbie routine for 5 months and onwards. Just wondering if anyone just did newbie or advanced routine for a year or so more without really measuring to check the gains. But rather pe-ed for the sake of pe. Without altering the routine in any ways so as to keep gaining. Just plain consistent pe for a very long time and not caring about anything else? But still managed to get reasonable gains (0.75”> length )

I think eventually you need to do one of three things:
1) Change up the routine
2) Increase duration
3) Take a break.

I’m finishing up my third month right now.
First month I gained quite a bit. Second about half of that, and first two weeks of this month, very little.
So for the last two weeks I added a couple stretches and increased jelqing by 2-3 minutes.
I measure this weekend, so I’ll see how it goes. If there is no gain, I am going to take a decon break.

I think you need to change because I have done manual stretches for over a year and hardly gained Any length at all. Perhaps I will just jelq for a while because the stretching has got me nowhere.

Oh wow… really!? no gains whatsoever solely from stretching? Star can you please explain what your routine was like? Were you consistent all the while? I’m sorry you did’nt gain at all man, its abit suprising because I’ve read that some credit their length gains to stretching.

I have just gained 1/8 in girth and I am about to finish my second month, not very consistent though (not careless either) and I am kind of disappointed cause I want length more than girth.. IvanDrago whats your routine? I think your gains are pretty good.

Well I used to manual stretch in all directions and hold it for about 30 seconds, sometimes longer, for 2-3 sets per direction. I was fairly consistent for a long time, about 4-5 times a week for about 6 months. Sometimes taking a week off and missing the odd session. Never been consistent with jelqing though so I am going to concentrate on that for a while. I have also heard many people have good success with manual stretching but not for me unfortunately.
