Anyone else lose their erection when getting winded?

Is it common for your erection to soften or just go about half-mast if you’ve been the one vigorously fucking, on top, doing all the thrusting for a girl who likes it incredibly hard/rough/fast?

I’m guessing yes, but I wish there was a way around this. It’s not even an issue of getting out of breath, but just whole body exhaustion, where your muscles feel like they’re taking up all the blood in your body.

No, I never loose erection quality, unless I’m turned off by something. Even after I cum, I can continue having sex, with no waiting period or decrease in erection. In fact, if the orgasm is especially intense, I get more aroused and I get even harder. I can often cum, real orgasms, several times on one erection, if my partner can last long enough. Once we’re done, it takes 10 to 15 minutes for my erection to start to subside.

It sounds to me as if, when you get winded, it knocks your mind out of the mood, for a bit, and causes you to loose erection quality due to distraction. I’d suggest you exercise to improve your cardio health, so this doesn’t happen. You should alsdo try breath control. If you breathe deep and even, like during meditation, your body will not run out of oxygen and you shouldn’t get so winded, even if the fucking is vigorous for long periods of time.

Having enough oxygen in your body is important for any kind of activity. If you get oxygen starved , your body can’t function properly.

Thing is, I’m already very active. A gymnast and olympic weightlifter, with good cardiovascular capacity. That’s why it’s confusing me. It may be as you say, though, that I’m getting mentally distracted due to my exhaustion.

No I think that’s pretty normal…..keeping and a rock solid erection 10 mins after ejaculating is pretty abnormal or just an exaggeration.

Because it sounds like you are in very good health, I doubt it’s that, although that would be normal for many guys for the reason you state; the muscles using the blood and oxygen.

I think it may be because you are going hard and fast, you know if you don’t ‘tune out’ a bit, you are going to cum too fast. So you tune out more than necessary and de-sensitize your penis, resulting is a slightly lost erection. Or you just realise that there is no way to increase your own arousal when you are already going as hard as you can, so you slightly ‘lose interest’. That used to happen to me occasionally.

Yep, but they think it’s going to wildly turn you on just by them saying it, when all you want to do is slow it way down and really ‘feel’ what you are doing. Sometimes. Or something like that. :)

I’ve had this happen…when it gets to that point I slow it down and do really hard slamming thrusts instead of fast ones, which seems to usually work for me.
