I have been PE’ing since June 1st. Things are going well, length orientated routine but one thing I hadn’t expected or planned was the noticeable increase in glans width, also the “ridge” on the glans has become much more pronounced… I do like 100 jelqs a session hardly anything.

Another thing im thinking is if it has grown in width, then surely theres’ nothing to stop it growing in length if the right grip/stimulus is applied. Im going to experiment gently squeezing the glans on either side to make it longer and trying one handed jelqs, obviously the emphasis being on blood flow to the head.

Congratulations Lord Harris, you have managed to do through PE what a lot of members here, including me, wish to obtain - a larger glans.

I do the standard ok grip wet jelq at low erection level pointing downwards. I have barely concentrated on girth the last week or so.
Even at low levels I make sure get a nice engorged glans. Hell it could just be better circulation but my gf commentated on it also (looks like a mushroom lol) and it certainly seems much fuller and plumper when erect.

Chicken I will say though this seems to be just the width which I kinda annoying as just with my with my dick, it’s length I damn want!

I know I am. I do a lot of stretching and when I do, I fill the glands with blood (about 75%) and stretch. This seems to help expand the glands and if noticed it getting a bit bigger over time. I watch for negative pi’s when doing it though, and I really don’t know if it’s safe to do. I know there are threads on here that discuss glands growth. Also I dry jelq and it really helps with glands growth too, for me anyway. If your going for length, stay with the newbie routine and condition your penis for a while. Don’t rush into wanting to divert from it. Also learn your LOT and apply it. It will help. Good luck.

Thanks fot the advice. I don’t follow or really subsciribe to the lot theory as I have seen plenty of big length gainers post with low lots. Also I found the jelqing on the newbie routine put girth on my penis almost straightaway, (plus it gave me loads of negative PI’s) which would hinder length gains. So your right I have diverted slightly in that I do more stretching but as I do little jelqing it kind of evens out the fatigue.
