Girth routine

I have been doing p.e for like a year now and it has been great
I have been doing the Sadsak slinky exercise for the last month
And it is really effective
I was just curious if I should do a hot towel right as I’m done with them
Or wait a little while maybe do another exercise and then hot towel
I may do clamping before or after them that’s why I’m curious
I have done clamping before

Last year erect length (not bone-pressed) a little over 6” erect, girth a little under 5”
Now erect length(not bone-pressed) 7” erect, girth a little over 5 1/2”
Short term goal 7” by 6”
Long term goal 8” by 6.5”

I’m a bit confused. What exactly are you asking? When to do a warm up?

Kind of a surprise

I have been doing p.e for about 7 months now and I do the Sadsak slinky exercise because I want to reach 6 inches in girth and I measure every 2 weeks usually. So far I have seen some great girth gains as I am now at 5 1/2 inches in girth but I measured this week hoping to get some girth gains and I measured my erect length non bone pressed and it said I was 7 1/4 inches and I was like whoa I gained 1/4 inch in length but I didn’t get any gains in girth.

I’m ok with that though because my goal is to have 8 inches in length so I’m closer to my goal of 8x6.

It was just kind of a surprise haha.

Nothing wrong with that. I’m back in this PE game starting the beginning of August and you just explained why I shouldn’t stop again. Keep going man.

What I was asking the first time is if I should wait a couple of minutes after I do the Sadsak slinky because it really makes your member plump up and I usually did it right after I did the exercise and I didn’t know if it affected the exercises efficiency when I did it right after. Which could possibly explain why I received 1/4 inch in length instead of girth.

Nice gains! What has your routine been like over the past year? Specifically, what did you do to get over 1/2” gains in girth?

Well I did about 5 minutes of stretching 300-400 jelqs at a higher erection level and then I did manual squeezes for about 10 minutes and I then I took out the manual squeezes and started to do the Sadsak slinky exercise it’s a lot of work and my workouts usually take about an hour but it’s worth it I have had some nice gains.

Clamping

I have done clamping before but I stopped and I just started doing it again and I feel that it works much better when you clamp and stand up and walk around now I feel that I probably get more length gains then girth gains for some reason I just do one ten minute session in the afternoon after I have already done my regular routine. People who have done clamping please tell me about your results. Thank you.

.Big girth, like 6-6.5 inches because I want to get either but it’s hard to get girth after a while, I’m at 5.5 inches right now and I do a regular newbie stretch routine with about 15 minutes of jelqing then I do Sadsak Slinky’s and I do clamping at the end of the day but it’s taking a while to get girth anyone who is at the bigger size or is trying to reach 6 inches in girth have any routines they would like to share.
