Just wondering if any of you fellas who have made some serious gains started out as a grower and then when your unit got stretched out you turned into a shower? I’m sure your flaccid increased but did it get to the point where your flaccid size is closer to your erect size now?

Yes, I started out as a major grower with tiny flaccids I would say around 2 inches long, and now my flaccids when I am doing PE hang about 6.5 inches and fat, when I get an erection I can’t really tell there is any growth just it raising up and getting firm.

The confidence boost is amazing, before there would be no way I would walk around naked or even want anyone to see me, now I would be proud to be looked at naked.

I don’t know what my flaccid was when I started, I’m guessing probably a 3 since it’s now 4 inches and id say it’s about a third longer. I’m 6 1/4 BPEL. So now I show 2/3 instead of half, and it’s darker in color and has more blood in it (not as squishy) than it used to.

How does this affect people? I am afraid to start such exercises because I had a bad experience in high school when I did kegels. Being in 10th grade, I already had amazing EQ, but doing kegels made me extremely solid to the point where I got so sensitive I almost had an orgasm running down a hill. That was at the beginning of March (the start of the track season), and I was extremely afraid to do any more kegels. I had problems with spontaneous erections until I was about 17 I would say. Actually, it was probably true through 11th grade that if I masturbated the next 24 hours I had trouble staying soft (or was quite at risk). Nearing my 19th birthday, I would say I have things under control a lot better, but I still get uncontrollable erections with just kegels. So, are you all able to control yourselves? It seems like fun to have a big flaccid.

I always had major turtling at times, which caused me great embarrassment to be seen by anyone. I still consider myself to be a grower. But I do show much better than before PE. I rarely have a flaccid length of less than 4” now. But with an erect length of 7.5” I still think that’s a lot of “growing”. The other great benefit that I have gotten from my PE experience is a great increase in girth, both in flaccid and erect states. When I started PE I never measured flaccid girth (because it seemed so small), and I still haven’t measured flaccid. But I can tell you that it is much better now - estimating at 4.5” flaccid girth, which grows to a measured 6” erect. So I’m not sure anymore if I’m a shower or a grower - or just an improved grower. But I do know that I am never embarrassed to let it show anymore.

I know someone will ask what my routine is and I don’t know that I can give you precise steps because I change what I do from day to day. But I will give you some guidelines that I do use.
1) Heat - Nothing good happened until I started applying constant heat from the beginning to the end of my workouts. I even preheat my pump tube prior to use. I use a little space heater and apply my Olive oil lube before heating.
2) Any exercise that I do I only do for ten minutes or less, followed by ten minutes of edging. Then repeat. I believe that the exercise teaches my penis by forced means while the edging reinforces the exercise in a more natural way.
3)Manual stretching - with “bumps”. My flaccid hang really improved after I started this little maneuver. I do a normal manual stretch. Then I give a little slack and bump it back to maximum stretch 20 times in quick succession. I do advise caution that you don’t overdo this maneuver with too much force and to start small with 3 - 5 bumps to see how it feels and works for you.
