any way to prevent coming to fast?

It’s not really premature ejaculation. If i do it normal, i can last for hrs, but if i start to boost up the speed/thrust, i’ll come in 1/4 of the time. any way to help out? would kegel help?

I don’t know about side effects regarding PE, but half a tablet of an anti-depressant can sure put off ejaculation. So will a dose of 5htp.

Try doing lots of kegals to build a nice strong BC muscle and doing some edging. Both work in conjunction to give you the power to control your own ejaculations (eventually).

Just try and squeeze in as many kegals as you can through the day. Hold them for 5 seconds at a time, or as long as you can. Eventually built up the strength and intensity, until you have a rock solid BC muscle. These will help to build up your staying power.

I’ve done it since losing my virginity (never the beautiful thing you imagine), so I can honestly say that it works, but it’s the same as PE, takes time and determination to build up. Although you can have some fun practicing edging during sex, which is always nice.
