Hey there! This forum is awesome! But not sure where to start first. I was planning on getting my first pump, bath mate, but I’m not sure if that would be a good idea. I just turned 19 and my stats so far is 5.25” x 3.25” when it comes to length and girth and full erect. I really wanted my penis to grow even more. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Ha, yes it’s stuck in a drawer somewhere. I bought one of the Dr. Kaplan pumps and I used it for awhile, but I actually never even tried the BM. Maybe one day! :)

I see, interesting. I’m gonna check that out too. Hows that working out for you though? I was just intrigued by this BM’s xtreme 6 week challenge where this dude gained all kinds of gains in 6 weeks ha! Not sure if its true but it seems it is.

Drew26. Welcome to the forum.

Firstly: Skip the devices (of any kind) and concentrate on the tried and true Newbie Routine.

Secondly: Anytime we see the term “xtreme” or any claims to outrageous gains which seem too-good-to-be-true, we should step back and assume that it really is “too-good-to-be-true”
Our experience has been that extreme measures and trying for super-quick gains virtually always end in injury and disappointment. You only have one dick-take care of it.

Right. I just actually finished reading the articles for newbies including that newbie routine. And I’m definitely gonna try it everyday starting tomorrow. My main goal is to gain a couple like 2 more for length and 2 more as well for girth which I think would take a year or two. I’m gonna make measurements later tonight when I get home.

Currently I am doing some lightweight hanging, extending/ADS and jelqing but no pumping. I didn’t pump for long enough to create lasting gains, but I may revisit it at some point. Honestly the reason I don’t do it is it’s a hassle and I never created a system to make it less of a hassle although I could. Hanging I do while working and down time, extending also is completely passive, so jelqing is the only thing I spend much time on it and I break it up and don’t rely on it heavily. My routine is always changing though.

Yeah in general I agree with clgp7 about devices and certainly extreme PE and unrealistic claims, but I did supplement my routine from the start with an ADS/extender (Phallosan but there are cheaper ones and homemade ones) and of course I cannot say if it helped but I tend to think it did.

You will hear all the old timers here saying PE is a marathon and not a sprint, and it’s hard to fully grasp at first because you may likely see some relatively rapid gains up to .5 - 1” at first so it really does feel like a sprint, but just remember that almost never lasts so you end up settling into a long term routine looking for small gains that add up to a nice total. Your job is to create a routine that will live beyond the initial momentum and excitement.

Exactly. Its like working out for muscles. It doesn’t happen overnight. At first I thought it wasn’t possible and almost accepted the fact that my size won’t change anymore, my ethnicity is Filipino by the way, but I realized that if took me two years to build this body why can’t I try as well for my penis length.
