Any methods for a fast 0.2 inch?

As you can see in my other thread I did PE for over 2 years without gains. The reason was probably that I trained to hard in the beginning, so even my temporary gains went back and never came back in these years.

Now I was recommended a deconditioning break before starting again, but honestly I don’t want to do PE anymore for different reasons. Most of all because it makes you so inflexible and you always have to watch out to get enough private time.

Thing is, I am and always was at 14,5cm NPEL. If I could get to 15cm somehow, I would be completly satisfied. Its not big but I don’t think I need a big cock. Its just the number that annoys me. I want to complete to 6 inch.

Any ideas how to get 1/5 inch fast if I’m not planing to do it longterm anymore?

I don’t want to go back to pulling an hour everyday on my penis. What I hate most about it, is, that it makes you completly inflexible. You can’t just sleep somewhere else without skipping a training. You need privatsphere everyday and it robbs me an 5 hours per week.

Have you ever read ”Is Less more or more is more” ? If you want to get result fast you might find a routine that work for you but it take time. And because you don’t want to spend time for PE, I think I got something that can work for you . In the shower the morning and at night . I am sure you can add 10-15 more min when you take a shower . I’m not going to say that I’m sure this will give you FAST gains but since you don’t have time or privacy I think in the shower will be the best option for you.

And if you find that less is more work better for you , you will be happy to know that you don’t need to rush yourself for an hour like you said.

And don’t forget, always check your EQ it tell you a lot.

The words fast and PE simply don’t go together.

Then I guess I have to stay at my size. There is no way I will go back to pulling on my penis everyday like I already did for over 2 years.

Will an extender give me small gains when I use them inconsistantly or is it important for them to work, to not do too many breaks?

I have much time at the moment, BUT I don’t want to be dependant on it. When I want to sleep somewhere else or travel for a few days, I want to do it.

I’m thinking about buying an extender and wearing them when I’m at home alone.

Hanging and extending are the techniques that require the utmost consistency, IMO.

YOu may also wonder how going from 14.5 cm to 15 cm is so much needed you have to do it right now even though you may injure yourself, or toughen up the tissues and not gain anymore in the near future.

The healthy way is the quickest way I’m afraid.

Tried base stretching bro I got an instant half inch, and some extra skin that way.

Though dld dreamt up the idea of expressing inner, virgin, dick with a low grip, and reverse kegels so its obviously a fraud. No kind of base grip stretching or, bathmate hanging can stretch the inner dick even if my ribs are creeping up the shaft.

If there was the trick you speak of we would all just do it over and over for 3 months and be done with PE. Think man, it doesn’t make sense. The only way it makes sense is if you’re a newb with some easy gains coming.

So depressing man. I wasted about 1000 hours of manual work for nothing. Literarily nothing. So much dedication and I didnt gain a permanent milimetre.

I would SERIOUSLY evaluation your technique if you truly gained nothing. Technique, force, etc. It may be helpful or sobering to see gain/time in percentiles, there is some interesting info here Penis Size & PE Growth Rate Study @ Thundersplace in this study I did. Certainly has helped me align my goals with reality.
