Just curious, like any exercise for the body like lifting weights or cardio work an appropriate diet is a must to see desired results and in the fastest time.

Is there anything like this for PE that anyone is aware of? Not exactly an entire diet specifically for PE, but just specific things one should make sure to intake to supplement the work done.

I wonder if there is and if so if this could be a factor as to why some gain faster than others?

Well, I think the general idea is that unhealthy food is bad for you, and in bad health one’s penis function tends to experience trouble. Specifically, greasy types of foods can clog up arteries and plaque can build making it hard for blood to freely flow throughout the arteries in the genitalia. As far as I know, there aren’t many foods that have well known effects on one’s manhood. People say pomegranite juice is good for bolstering your sex drive, etc. I’d recommend certain herbs, amino acids and antioxidants for really boosting your sexual prowess however. Some known to the do the job are Ginseng, Ginkgo, Avena Sativa, Tribulus Terrestris, Catuaba, L-Arginine, etc… Any one of those will be a big help, and several in combination will amaze you..
