Any kind of nutrition info to go with PE
Just curious, like any exercise for the body like lifting weights or cardio work an appropriate diet is a must to see desired results and in the fastest time.
Is there anything like this for PE that anyone is aware of? Not exactly an entire diet specifically for PE, but just specific things one should make sure to intake to supplement the work done.
I wonder if there is and if so if this could be a factor as to why some gain faster than others?
