Well, I’ve tried manual exercises in the past and I just can’t keep up with it after 6-7 days, the reason? Well, since I’m someone who don’t get easily into a routine, repetitive tasks with no short therm reward or pleasure involved get boring fast, and I’ll just procrastinate that for months and so on, not even mentioning the already difficult life of mine nowadays..

So the question is, can’t I just but a extender or pump or whatever and let it sit 24/7 on my penis (only taking it out for taking a bath of course) for months, even almost a year, until I reach my length and girth goals? Would that be healthy? What are the procedures?

Search ADS (All Day Stretcher). It can get pretty sore/uncomfortable to wear devices for that long though so 24/7 would really be a stretch. For the most part, wearing a PE device in your sleep can be very dangerous. You can’t check your circulation while you are sleeping so you could easily do permanent damage without knowing it until morning. That’s not to say that you can’t make great gains from ADS or hangers, just that 24/7 would be very hard to achieve. Then there are many people here who think rest days are essential for gains because that is when your dick repairs itself.

Consistency and patience is a keywords in the world of PE. There is no “easy” way to increase the size of your penis.

Abut “24/7” PE, Do you think it’s going to be that easy?? Many sites on the Internet is selling extenders and stretchers and other devices, which I’m not going to discuss its efficiency, which should be used for long period of time. You can’t just put a device on your penis and forget it there for a year or so, it’s not that easy. These devices can cause discomfort which can affect your life, and you need to check it frequently.

So, if you are serious about PE, you have to work and be consistence with it.

No 24/7 then? Well, fine by me, I’ll do the necessary routine as long as it doesn’t involve manual stretching and rubbing everyday in hot towels, I’ll search more about it

The theory of ADS-only growth is that low constant tension encourages some sort of compensatory growth that happens under tension without causing damage, so theoretically you don’t need to take it off to “heal”.

In practice, you can wear an ADS or extender for 8 or more hours a day, but not straight. Even with vacuum attachment, you need to take it off after awhile. You certainly couldn’t wear a clamp type device this long at a decent tension. Again, it isn’t a factor of needing time to heal the stretching damage with an ADS, because the tension isn’t that great. It is more that the irritation from whatever attachment method you use would become unbearable and probably result in an injury.

I’m not the most consistent forum reader, but I don’t think there are a lot of guys who have grown a lot using strictly ADS. Some have had success with extenders, but again, it’s not a 24x7 device. I get the feeling that you need more tension to grow than you can get from an ADS that would be comfortable enough to wear that long.

Another problem I see is that you’re only focusing on length. You need something else like jelqing or pumping that you can’t do all day long if you want any girth gains.

I’ve also noticed that my erection quality goes way down if I don’t jelq in combination with wearing my extender.

From what I’ve read ADS on it’s own has minimal gains. Combined with other things it can be useful, read what slipstream said.

PE requires hard work, and consistancy and patience. I think if I were in your position I’d think PE isn’t for me, and just be happy with what I’ve got.

There is no easy way to get 2 inches. You need 30-90 mins per day, 4-6 times per week. For 1 to 2
+ years. Experimenting with different exercises to find what works for you, being careful to listen to your penis (to avoid injury) and finding the sweet spot between micro injuries (that causes growth) and major injuries (that kills your penis). It’s a huge amount of work and commitment and if it were as easy as finding a device, buying it and using it.. everyone would have a huge dick. Consider this, only 25% of Thunder’s Place gain 1 inch or more. Maybe you could be the guy that breaks all the rules and pioneers a new way to gain 2 inches with only ADS, but that would require even more work, patience, experimentation etc to be the first one to discover a new method.

Now, please, don’t think of me as a lazy guy who are just looking for easy results, like a instant enlargement pill, a miracle or something, I’m willing to spend a lot of time, effort and money in order to reach my final objective, I see your point by the way, the combination of all of the known methods are indeed better than relying in just one, and following an weakly agenda is necessary for maximum effectiveness, instead of just putting a ADS and let it do it job all alone.

But time is the limiting factor for me, I had a lot of suffering in the past for different reasons and now I feel it is the time for me to enjoy life, I don’t want to wait until my late 20’s to begin enjoying the (*psychological) advantages of having a huge unit, I need something done, quickly and decisively, I’ll work hard for it but the question is, how would I archive that? Again, I don’t want to sound lazy or rude, but there’s so much information and possibilities on this forums that searching for something will only turn you confused, so more well informed members please, answer me, which different techniques should I try? I’d prefer to avoid manual exercises, but if they’re necessary, than so be it

There is NO “quickly and decisively” road to gains, OK?

I have used ADS:s (AutoADS, SuckXtender, VacExtender, VacADS, sleeves) exclusively for most waking hours for months, and on it’s own it doesn’t do that much. It helps with flaccid gains, and a tad erect gains, but if you actually want to gain you need to understand that if you have a problem with time and procrastination, this isn’t for you. Period. Forget the quick and decisive hoopla, it just doesn’t work that way, and if someone tells you it does they will probably offer you a deal on a bridge in London in the next breath.

Just do the damn Newbie routine so that you get accustomed to beating up your dick, and if you hate manual exercises go on to hanging or something else once you stop gaining.

I ran across a post by Grief_ in which he mentions gaining 3/4” in 4 months using nothing but an ADS. This is truly exceptional. There are probably others, but I still don’t think there are many. I just wanted to follow up with an example that does indicate the possibility, if you really want to pursue it.

Like mgus and most others, I think that you’ll get much more out of jelqing, which is part of the newbie routine. A more impressive flaccid hang, better erection quality and girth are all qualities that you probably won’t see from ADS, alone. mgus has definitely tried many of these options and we’re all lucky to be able to benefit from his experience.

I’m not sure he was saying he strictly saying he needs quick and decisive gains. I interpreted his comment to refer as much to making a decision on a plan and executing it to realize his goals. Now, in my opinion it is premature optimization to try something other than the newbie routine, but I think we all would rather make sure we’re not wasting time or effort.

I think it is a little harsh to be so critical of people who don’t completely buy the newbie routine as gospel. Despite the proven benefits, I don’t doubt for a second that there may be (and probably is) a more effective starter routine. In the universe of possibilities, it seems dogmatic to think otherwise.

Don’t get me wrong, I still think the newbie routine should be recommended, but I don’t think that it should be taboo to discuss the pros and cons of alternatives. If we all blindly accepted conventional wisdom, we wouldn’t be practitioners of this PE pursuit.

Testguy, quickly and decisively start the newbie routine while considering your options. :)

I would very much advise toughing it out and dedicating your self to one of the n00b routines for a few months. Lots of guys get better than a 1/2 inch from that. Not most but lots. If you are fortunate enough to get such gains I expect that your motivation problems would go away.

If no gains from the above and you have the privacy consider hanging. Hanging lets you multi task, working on the computer at the same time that you do your PE.

This is the reason for my harshness. If one can’t keep up with a plan more than 6-7 days - irregardless why - then PE isn’t an option.
