Any ideas?

So this is not a huge problem, but I still wonder. Why do I have these white pimple/dot like spots on my penis. First it was at the base and now it seems that it has reached the glans.

I’ve had these spots for a very long time. Any ideas?

I googled and you’re right, thank you for the quick anwser. They’re harmless, little bit ugly but harmless. I was wondering what they were, but thanks again -venom-!

I believe they’re called fordyce. I thought they were penile papules. I have them also. They sell a cream that supposedly gets rid of it I don’t know I’ve never tried. The problem is not to serious for me. If it seems to be spreading though you might want to give those creams a try. Like you said though totally harmless.

I know of one “commercial” cream that I have tried, didn`t do anything. I wouldn`t waste my money if I were you. I`we been a member of a fordyce formum for a few years now and there do not seem to be a cure yet that I know of. But if any other members of this forum know of something that works please let us know.

Is fordyce a result of PE, or did the PE just make it more noticeable?

I have no idea. However, I have never had any women comment on it at all. I think we notice it a whole lot more than they do. Honestly I don’t think its anything to be concerned about.

Looks very similar to hair follucles/fordyce. I believe it’s that what you all mean. Ugly, yes. Harmless, yes.
