Any good advice for beginners?

I’m getting ready to start on a PE program, and would like a little advice.

- How do I set a suitable goal? (I’m currently 7.25”x5.75”)
- How do I prevent injury, especially at the very beginning?
- How can I get started effectively, without the use of any equipment?
- What’s the best way to also enlarge my sack?

Injury: Heat and easing into everything slwo and at lot intensity.

OK, so does 8”x6” sound like a reasonable goal? And if so, what would be some advice for reaching that goal?

Yes, it’s a reasonable goal. Please don’t overlook the link Gprent gave you earlier. The newbie routine is the best way to start and many still employ pieces of it today.

I’m certainly going to start with the newbie routine, though I think I might up my goal to 9.5”x6.5”.

Definitely start a log! It really helped me stay focused in the past when I was lazy.

- Depends how much more you want, length or girth or both?

- Be careful and read all of the instructions carefully! Watch your PIs and NIs. Don’t overdo it. Don’t squeeze or pull “too” hard.

- Look up the routines.

- On the PE Gym there is testicle jelqing, I am not sure if there is a similar thread here.

For a log, I started an excel spreadsheet and log every week. Go slow! You have a great starting point, no need to rush.

Take a look at the ‘Progress Reports’ threads here, or if you want to add pictures, the ‘Progress Reports and Pictures’ threads. You will see what members typically log, and if you note down the best/most useful things you find in a few different people’s threads, you will be able to create a great thread that others can learn from. It’s actually just as important to find out (and tell others) what doesn’t work for you, as what does.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Not everyone logs publicly. I have been doing PE for about 8 months now and I log just by month and size (if EQ is a concern log that as well). I try to have a size each month so I know if there has been any change. I’m mostly going for girth personally, but because of the logging I’ve already seen the progression to a .25 growth in length. It’s good motivation as well.
