I was wondering exactly how long it takes me to reach temp girth gains before measuring and so basically instead of just getting a hard-on, I did 3 twenty second uli’s before hand. This gave me most of the temp gains I usually see during a PE session and quickly. I do not see the difference between this and intense foreplay, as far as expansion. So, my question I guess is: When considering permanent gains, in what state do you measure?Do you squeeze at all or fluff in any way before hand?

If I can gain 1/4”-1/2” girth in under a minute, why wouldn’t I do this every time I have sex and are these considered permanent gains or temp?

I am not trying to make my numbers look better, I am more so wondering if these are temporary gains or permanent since it is not edema and there is little time involved. I usually max at 1/2” increase every time I PE but it is gained within 1-2min and very little further increase for the duration of sessions.

Is ulis the same as clamping? Are you talking about 1/2 inch girth gains in 2 minutes? Tell me more!

I clamp off with an OK finger grip at my base with a good erection and hold while pushing blood toward end of shaft. Just one minute of stretching like this gives me over a 1/4” added girth when I measure after. My normal PE sessions last about an hour and toward the end I have a solid 1/2” temp gains.

Do you kegel when you measure BPEL? Or is that kind of cheating yourself?

I definitely make sure I am rock hard and flexing when I measure length or girth. I don’t measure length too often as, I am more interested in girth and keeping my length from gaining any further.

The reason why you measure for PE purpouse is in first place to know if and why you gained.

This means you need consistent measurements. If yo uwant to cehck for a permanent measuremnt you want to have at least 2-3 days pause of PE activity and measure the way you always measure.

Of course if you are clamping for example everyday 10 minutes and you never pause at all then you have to measure what you have right now.

For bragging rights you can measure any way it gives you the biggest measurement I suppose…

If it only takes a few minutes in the clamp, who cares? I’ll definitely be doing that before each hookup

I have not read any posts on forums in regard to how ling it takes to achieve your temporary gains during PE. I was quite shocked that so little stretching gave me my gains and definitely will do it before hooking up. I do think the short amount of time it takes is from exercising and a lot less time than when first starting out with PE.

So what you’re saying is after clamping for a time, you get the faux girth quicker than when you first started clamping?

For me that is the case. I do not use a clamp, I clamp off with my fingers and do intense ULI’s but basically the same idea. It used to take roughly 15min to get the expansion I get in about a minute now of compression squeezes. These gains are not spongy edema but fuller quality hard-ons.

I will have to start tracking the expansion I get in the same one minute routine over time, before each PE session. I am curious if the temp gains will fluctuate much and precisely the least amount of time/action to achieve them each time. I mean it seems natural to quickly plump up before intercourse if there are these kinds of gains, especially when it does not result in a spongy swollen erection.

How does the sponginess feel? If you press your thumb in it does it leave an impression? Is it swelling?

It is from edema, fluids under the skin swelling the penis rather than a blood plumped girth. I only get this if I reallllllly do an intense workout and for a longer period than normal. It is more often seen from using a penis pump. But it is a spongy swollen unnatural girth that feels odd when stroking.
