I have been PE’ing for over 2 years now and have made good gains.
So far as I know all the girth routines (manual - uli’s, ) or device assisted (pumping, clamping) all involve filling the penis with blood and using the blood to expand the penis laterally so that the penis gains girth. The problem with these girth routines is that they involve slowing blood flow and maintaining an erection.
Is there a novel PE girth technique that does not involve getting an erection?

That would be awesome! Too bad tho, because the tissues in the CC and the CS only expand when filled with blood.

I can do horse squeezes with a less than erecet erection. I make sure to squeeze really tight at the bottom even using my squeeze at the bottom to assist in gorging the shaft a bit. It made my dick purple I feel it worked.


Well it appears not (I did not think that there was). Well I am making a suction cup with a bicycle presta valve attachment for erect stretching and erect girth gains. This should mean that one can do both length and girth at once

Jack, what do you mean by erect stretching? Like there are no exercises for girth that work without an at least low erection, so there are no exercises for stretching the penis in a erected state. Sounds dangerous.

Chicken - erect stretching for me is stretching in the erect state using about 4 IB of force. The suction cup has a valve attached to it and this draws in more blood into the penis head and makes the penis erect. The suction cup has a closed triangular hook attached and this then attaches to the pro extender. This means that the penis is stretched in the erect state

Jack, when you use a pump, you do not have to start out erect. You can pump to very low pressure which will expand your johnson. You can pump to say around 1hg of vacuum, keep it like that for a couple of minutes then increase by 1hg every two minutes until you get to a safe pressure of no more than 5hg. If you have a pump with a guage, try that and see how it works.

Megzobo - I asked about the flaccid girth routine because I want to combine traction stretching with a girth routine. One way to do this is to use a suction cup and apply it to the penis head (so say 2 or 3 Hg to the penis head) and use the same suction cup to apply traction to the penis. This means that the penis is in erect stretch. What do you think?

Just to be clear jack, are you trying to market a product of yours? If that’s the case, make a commercial account.

On the topic of your gizmo, I think that erect stretching is dangerous, but without a picture, I have difficulty understanding how the thing works.

You should give fulcrum stretches a try. I’m not even trying to gain any girth, but my flaccid looks noticeably thicker (odd enough, I can’t say the same for erect girth).

Chicken - no I am not marketing the product, this is just a redesign of the suction cup with a few improvements of my own. If the suction cup proves successful then I will think about marketing it.

I have designed a fair bit of the suction cup in Solidworks, I now need to add the Presta valve to the cup, which is quite tricky. I can attach a jpeg image once it is made

Also with clamping what is the best material to put between the clamp and your base penis skin? I am trying a thin cotton sock at the moment. Are rubber strips good for this?

For clamping I would suggest attaching a layer of fabric to the clamp itself - I used a piece of a mouse pad and it works great…no extra padding needed.

I’m experimenting with bundled stretching to add girth at the moment. It’s completely flaccid stretching, only you twist along the length of your penis first.

I’m only about 3 weeks in and haven’t measured so I can’t claim any success yet, but it sure feels plumper in general.

Cantlook - when you say twisting along the length of the penis you mean along the length of the tunica right? If so I will add this to my new extender design as this idea of bundled stretching has appeared before with good results. Also what angle do you twist to (180 or a full 360?)
