Any flaccid girth routines
I have been PE’ing for over 2 years now and have made good gains.
So far as I know all the girth routines (manual - uli’s, ) or device assisted (pumping, clamping) all involve filling the penis with blood and using the blood to expand the penis laterally so that the penis gains girth. The problem with these girth routines is that they involve slowing blood flow and maintaining an erection.
Is there a novel PE girth technique that does not involve getting an erection?
