Any fellas prefer feel over the ruler.
I was just curious to see of any of you guys put the ruler aside and simply gauge progress by feel. Might seem like a funny question because it’s simple to measure every few months.
I have been on a solid routine for just under a year and have seen very positive results. My routine consists of a good warmup with light stretches and recently I have started hanging with the captns wench. I did fully exhaust my newbie routine before moving to hanging also. In addition to manual stretches and light hanging I have stayed with the wet jelqs and some clamping.
So I guess where I am going with this is I am very dedicated to PE and have seen results, but any advice on what helped you to keep track of your workouts?
Any tips would be appreciated.
