How do you attach the golf weights? I have been using the bottom cut off from my swim cap off of my vacuum hanger. I have attached 2 golf weights then wrapped it around the head in a noose type fashion. I know the noose type is bad but I don’t go too tight. I try wearing it in public but it falling off scares me. Is there a better way than this? Does anyone know the exact weight of the red circular golf weights found at walmart? I guess 1/2 pound each.

I think the golf weights are just over 4oz. I use monte’s PE weights that are 9oz. I put on an htw and then put the weights on over it then I take a htw still rolled up and up it right behind my glands and this keeps them from falling off.
