Any advice would be welcome
Well I just joined Thunder’s Place pretty recently, my husband has been a member since Jan. 2007.
He has tendonitis so jelqing causes him pain.He stopped doing his cockercises(that’s what I like to call them;) ) for quite sometime, therefore I’ve taken over his routine. I’ve been performing his routine for about a month now. I’d just like to know what would be the best routine to use now because I think we’re ready to step it up so to speak. So hence the title of this thread “Any advice would be welcome”
