Any advice for holidays
Hey guys I’m going away at the end of the week, and just into my second month. My holiday will mean a certain amount of lack of privacy, what do you guys do-when on holiday. I’m doing the Newbie routine which takes around 30 minutes, so would you split up stretching and jelqing, the kegels I know can be done any time. Of these which do you think I should give priority to?
I could have a holiday from PE but feel reluctant as I’m beginning to just see gains, and I’d like to keep on track.
