Anti-Turtle device after PE Good or bad?

I have been doing the newbie routine consistently (increasing abit every week) for almost 3 months now. I’m a real “grower” so I decided yesterday to try an ADS after the sessions to keep it longer then usual.
The device is very simple, wrap the entire shaft (not the glans) with ace bandage. With only the wrap it fits good but the flaccid size will still vary in different positions/occasions almost like it would without the wrap.
So I decided to tighten the wrap with two elastic bands (not sure what it’s called in english), one at each end of the wrap to keep the flaccid size stable.

Here’s my questions:
1. How do I know if its too tightened and will be counter-productive, cause tissue-death? (Info: The head gets a little more red then usual, there’s tugback when I kegel, it’s possible to get an erection)
2. Will this be bad for my girth on the wrapped area, minimizing the girth there instead of letting it rest at full potential?

Not sure what you are doing. Simply wrapping your unit from the base to under the glans keeps your penis stretched at about NBPEL; this alone will unlikely give any gains but combined with other exercises could have some positiv effect. As long your glans doesn’t become cold or dark there shouldn’t be tissue death. It will not harm your girth.

Thanks for the reply marinera. This is just an extra anti-turtle method apart from my regular PE exercises, I will keep monitoring my glans when performing this.

This is what I do, but I use those silicone sleeves. Much more comfortable and stealthy. There’s a few threads on here about them and how to make your own.

How do you feel about wrapping after hanging? I’m guessing what you describe is a traction wrap, though I usually have been wrapping from glans to base.. have I been doing this incorrectly?

I think if you wrap from the base you’ll have more blood which will give more expansion. Still flaccid or it will become kinda a clamping session.

I never tried wrapping from the glans anyway.

You can wrap in many different ways, it depends on what effect you want. I used to traction wrapping a lot before but now I do it for skin health and when I take longer breaks and ssometimes on my restdays.

But like marinera said.. traction wrapping alone is a waste of time, but if you wrap after manual exercises it’s doin good. But if you want to se good results from traction wrapping you must wear it all day or else it’s doin nothing.
