Well I started the newbie routine two days ago, and at the moment it’s looks very good all the “system” but I have FIVE important questions that could help a newbie. Here it goes.

1. What it’s exactly the Kegels and who I could achieve it.

2. If you put water to heat (hot wrap), you wait until it bubble?

3. With the newbie routine, what it’s going to be more easy to achieve, length or girth?

4. What type of things could slow down the growth of the penis with PE?

5. How many time I have to wait, to have sex or masturbate, after the PE?

It would be awesome that you could share knowledge and experience here. You could help many newbies around here too.

Get an erection. Hang a sock over it. Bounce the sock up and down. Those are kegels.

:eek: Boiling water is used for cooking. Please do not cook your penis.

Most guys gain length easier.

Not getting enough sleep. Not drinking enough water. Over training. Smoking.

I’m gonna try to answer your questions but I’m also newbie so take them lightly :) , but most answers will be based upon what I have read and searched for.

1. As 8incyclops stated, a kegel is indeed the “muscle” you use to stop urinary flow, or the thing you do that makes your dick wiggle up and down, but it should be held for an amount of time and then released, and repeating that action.

2. I hope you don’t mean boiling water, cause that isn’t necessary, just a good warm cloth (good warm being heat you can withstand down there) and apply it to your dick.

3. Yes it depends on the person, but as stated on this forum you’ll find that stretching is more a length kind of exercise while jelqing will benefit more girth-wise. But the individual self will be what decides which happens.

4. Simple, overdoing it will hinder gains, etc. Keep it relaxed, don’t pull it like your life depends on it and just enjoy the ride, cruising ;)

5. Tricky one, but it is most believed that masturbation or sex won’t hinder PE, your feeling of doing PE after sex or masturbation however will be much less than if you wouldn’t have had, but again, individual self.. :D

Don’t do this. Do a search on ‘rice sack’ or ‘warming up’. There are many threads covering this.

3. With the newbie routine, what it's going to be more easy to achieve, length or girth?

Depends on you. Some guys find one easier than the other, some both. Give it a few months and find out where you stand. Stick with it and you may find that most of your gains are acquired during the first three months of the Newbie Routine.

4. What type of things could slow down the growth of the penis with PE?

This also depends on you. You could have a tunica that is resistive to stretching, injuring yourself by pushing too hard or that you haven’t been consistent. Set a exercise schedule by date and work towards that. Try not to work toward a size goal as it may prove more difficult to achieve and result in loss of motivation and then you’ll call us a bunch of wankers and that this shit doesn’t work. It’s happened before and it’ll happen again.

5. How many time I have to wait, to have sex or masturbate, after the PE?

This also has been topic of many threads. I found that masturbating (or sex) after a PE session does not affect gains but it does affect my flaccid hang afterwards. Everybody is different.

Depends on how you feel about putting yourself out there. At first it may be a bit daunting but after a few months and gains, you may want to show the world.
