Well I started the newbie routine two days ago, and at the moment it’s looks very good all the “system” but I have FIVE important questions that could help a newbie. Here it goes.
1. What it’s exactly the Kegels and who I could achieve it.
2. If you put water to heat (hot wrap), you wait until it bubble?
3. With the newbie routine, what it’s going to be more easy to achieve, length or girth?
4. What type of things could slow down the growth of the penis with PE?
5. How many time I have to wait, to have sex or masturbate, after the PE?
It would be awesome that you could share knowledge and experience here. You could help many newbies around here too.
