Hello, friends. Started simple stretching about a month ago and I still don’t grasp it completely:

What is the most appropriate erection level for simple standing downward stretching is?
How far from glans is it best to hold the unit?
Finally, how great should the stretch itself be? Isn’t it dangerous for one to stretch so much that there’s slight pain inside?

Don’t send me to theory articles, I’ve read them. I’d like to know your opinions on above mentioned aspects.

I’ve always stretched with zero erection.

9/12: ?? NBPEL / 7.75" BPEL / 6" EG

What is the most appropriate erection level for simple standing downward stretching is? Totally flaccid. 0% erection. Up to 10 or 15% is not a big problem though.

How far from glans is it best to hold the unit? Use a square of toilet paper for grip. Grip with the forefinger and thumb a bit behind the head, around a centimetre, with the head in your palm. You don't pull from the head as such, but having your palm gripping it a little and spreading the grip helps avoid slip. Pull mostly from the forefinger and thumb grip.

Finally, how great should the stretch itself be? Isn’t it dangerous for one to stretch so much that there’s slight pain inside? Pain is not good, ever. Ease slowly into the stretch; you will be surprised how much better the stretch is if you start light and increase slowly. Stretch to what you feel is as long as you can make your penis, (don't use more strength than is needed to get max length, but use enough to make sure you cannot get any more length), then mentally try to relax into the stretch. When the feeling of stretch becomes less, increase the stretch slightly until you feel you are at max possible length again. Concentrate on your breathing, and really try to feel your penis relaxing into the stretch on each out breath.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Just asking: is it possible to damage a penis anyhow by stretching? I mean, aren’t there any vessels that serve important anatomy-wise purposes that might get torn apart because of stretching and lead to serious injuries?

I’m just not into anatomy much, but this thought strikes my mind from time to time

a) yes it is possible to create damage
b) the vessels and the soft tissue are pretty flexible, items at risk are the tunica and especially the ligaments
c) heating up before stretching is key and
d) listen to Firegoat :-)

I am neither a doctor nor an expert, just a simple newbie, but if you follow advise c) and d) then stretching should be on the safe side.

Stretching is the safest exercise you can do. I know if I over-do it; if I pull to hard I get back ache! Richard covered the rest. :)

You get one really strong hand and forearm if you don’t! Yes, you should.

You have nerves that run down the top so grip the sides.
