Another stretching thread.
Hello, friends. Started simple stretching about a month ago and I still don’t grasp it completely:
What is the most appropriate erection level for simple standing downward stretching is?
How far from glans is it best to hold the unit?
Finally, how great should the stretch itself be? Isn’t it dangerous for one to stretch so much that there’s slight pain inside?
Don’t send me to theory articles, I’ve read them. I’d like to know your opinions on above mentioned aspects.
