Another question about Kegels
First off I would like to say that I have already used the search feature in order to search for information on kegels, but didn’t find exactly what I was looking for. I have been PEing for about a month and have yet to include kegels (aside from helping to keep erection) in my routine. I have always had erection problems and have difficulty keeping it up.
Here are my questions:
1) In order to kegel, is it necessary to have an erection?
2) Should one feel fatigue after a kegel routine?
