Hello fellow PE’ers,

I enjoyed reading on this site before I could actually become a member, here’s my time now though.

However, I’m here for only one reason: get more size on my member when he’s down, not when he’s erect so, which exercises will help me achieve more size in that matter, and won’t increase the erect size (too much)? Some extra girth never hurts (figuratively) either I guess.

If you want girth jelqing for starters is the way to go. When your unit has been conditioned for awhile from jelqing, you could move onto more intense girth exercises if you still haven’t reached your target by the time you’re conditioned.

Check into “fowfers” for flaccid hang. I have been doing a version of this exercise for quite awhile now and it has worked wonders for my flaccid.

Welcome to the forum PensBorn! stick with the Newbie Routine for a few months. You’ll get the conditioning you’ll need to “specialize” later. Read lots and be careful.

Results will vary, but I see a difference in flaccid after two weeks, just the newbie routine.

Try fowfers. Apparently they work very well for increased flaccid size mostly.


Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5
