Another newbie question.

Its been two months since I started this new routine and after going through this routine my measurements have stayed the same. The routine starts with warming up (5 min) then stretching (10-15 min) and jelqing (20 min).

The measurements are 6 inches (NPB) and 6.7 inches (NPBEL, (not sure about this one just how hard should you press the ruler?)). As in all during I jelqing I don’t feel the pressure on my glans as I did before, mostly I don’t feel any pressure or the feeling of expansion; I use the same force on the grip for these past months.

I am thinking of abandoning Jelqing and starting a stretch heavy routine instead, something like 40-45 mins per stretch sessions. I don’t know what do to, should I continue doing this old routine and be patient for gains, or is my routine flawed?

Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

first.. i guess u meant 6 inches NBPEL(Non Bone Pressed Erect Length) and 6.7 inches BPEL(Bone Pressed Erect Length).

well, about the jelq:

you used to feel the pressure and feeling of expansion before and suddenly it stoped?

i guess jelq is something really important in the P.E. routine because it increases length, girth and improves EQ, further it is a good exercise to prepare your penis to heavier exercises like clamping.

my advice is to give more chances to jelq, try to see what u are doing wrong.. try to make sure you are with over 60% erection and do each jelq slowly, with a tight grip and well lubed. this might be helpful to see expansions and feel the pressure.

I would start slow, Most of us that have been going a while wish they started slow and progressed over time. I started a decade ago when I think about it and almost nothing gained because I was trying to tear my dick off, I have turned it into steel. At the moment I tying to get my penis back to newbie stage.

For instance it could be 10 mins of stretching the first month is all needed to give gains but to get those same gains 5 months later needs 30 mins. Think as the first few months as a way too get used to the jelqs and stretches, how much you can tolerate, how much times needed and so on.

I know it can be disappointing at first but keep at it and slowly, just because you haven’t gained yet doesn’t mean its not coming, 2 days later a 1/4” gain could appear. Believe me this happens to guys on here.

I inverted v stretched for a while, measured with 100% erection and nothing, 1 week later measured again and bang 1/8th each way.
