hopefully the last of my newbie questions. In all the research I’ve done over the forums from what I’ve read is that most people get a little sore after jelquing? I feel no soreness at all. I don’t keep track of my jelqs but I focus for 4-5 second strokes with as much expansion as possible for 10 minutes, though sometimes I have to switch hands for 30 seconds because my right hand gets quite the workout. So despite my “intense” session today I feel no soreness right now.. and I still have to stretch because something came up after I finished my jelquing, not sure if that matters.

And on the underside of my foreskin today i noticed some small red dots, I assume from blood capillaries bursting or something along those lines.

Yeah the small red dots are normal. The ‘sore’ feeling isn’t exactly correct. You don’t want any pain ever, just a slightly worked out feeling on your dick, like you will know, it feels a little tired, thats all. Plus use those Physical Indicators to let you know what you’re doing right. As to regards of jelqing, it should be a bit more plump and hang more after ideally. ;) Hope that helps

It usually hangs a bit more for a few hours then goes away, which I assume is normal. Especially after baseball practice while wearing a cup.

I don’t experience any soreness either and I use a moderately tight grip. Any tighter and I feel like I’d be risking injury. I think you’re doing it just fine.
