Does your LOT change as you stretch your ligs? For instance if you start at an LOT of 10:00 and you stretch/lengthen your ligs for a couple of months…. over time will your LOT eventually reach 6:00?

Also would that mean than once you hit an LOT of 6:00 that you have exhausted all your lig lengthening potential?

One more question - I’ve been reading an absolute tonne of posts on this msg board and It seems most guys start by stretching the ligs first than seem to progress on to stretching the tunica. Any reason for that? Just curious. In my routine I stretch both tunica and ligs in the same workout.

Right on.

The ligs are easier to stretch than the tunica is. If you have lig gain potential, concentrate all your efforts on that until your LOT lowers to around 6-7, spend a few weeks cementing the gains and then switch to tunica. This is how to make the fastest initial gains.

Bib’s LOT theory is a solid read and absolutely essential in understanding PE. I just wanted to confirm my own beliefs.

I am new to PE, been doing it for a week now.
(no gains or anything yet, which is understandable)
my question is,
is it normal for me (since my EL is 5.5”) to have a very low
LOT by nature??
from what i read, and understood, I did an LOT test
and i believe that i am at 7:00 now.

to make sure i got it right, at 12:00 and all the way till 9
the head retracts in a powerful way when i flex my PC (or do a kegel)
after 8:00 things tend to go easier, but still up till 7:00 i feel
a bit of head pulling (very little) and at 6:00 almost no head pull
at all, just the view of my penile base contracting (flexing).

my size is average or below average, so i am not sure if it is
normal to have such low LOT which inturn means that I will have
to do gain length using the hard way :(

Perfectly.

Yeah, that reads like a LOT of 7 to me.

It is not THAT hard, far too many people get discouraged by having a low LOT. Don’t worry about it, the gains will come, and you would most likely have to do tunica work at some point anyway. You are just doing the harder stuff first and the easier stuff later.
