Another injury, sigh.

Another injury, sigh.

So, yet again I believe I have an injury, but this time I know for sure I have one.

Anyway, I viewed over the injury forum, and I checked this thread, Spotting On The Penis Head but all the info from it is from 2002, so I’m looking for updated information regarding this, if I should take days off or not, etc.

Anyway, so a couple of days ago, I trained vigorously, like really tough. And it’s been about 2-3 day’s now I believe. Two days ago, I got a light bruising on my glans, it made my purple glans a bit darker then usual,at the very top of my glans, around the hole. Now I have tiny little red dots. I read somewhere about these but I can’t remember where the info is. So that’s why I’ve come here again..

I’m hoping the dark coloring goes away,(will it? I hate the way it’s making my glans look. My glans is usually light purple and I loved it’s color), as I’m pretty sure the red dots will. But what caused them? Was it cause I used way more force then usual? To clear any questions up regarding my routine, all I do is stretching, majority of the time I warm up, and maybe 5 times out of the 1 and 1/2 months I’ve been doing this I didn’t warm up.

Again, for anyone who will ask, I cannot provide pictures, sorry.

Red dots usually mean busted blood vessels; perhaps too much pressure? Take it easy for a few days and they should disappear.

Why did you train so hard?

It won’t get you anywhere in PE, well perhaps a visit to your doc’s.

Take it easy.

What were you doing anyhow?

Thanks man, appreciate it. I believe it was to much pressure as well, Should I stop training for a day or two?

@Mansun

I was a month into the routine, and I decided to be more intense, and apply more pressure. I was using a towel for grip, which I pulled way more harder then usual, and I’d assume that I was pulling on my head rather then below my head, and that’s how this happened.

Anyone have any info on the bruising as well? I’d like for that to go away as well as the dots. One thing though, I haven’t took a single rest day since I started, Perhaps a day off tomorrow will be a good time for a break.

I have had red dots on my cock for a while, I think it is just part of PE. When one bursts (this happened once) I for want of a better less crude expression, I Sh*t myself. For a moment I thought my cock was going to fall off but it was just one of these blood vessels bursting. It happened about 9 months ago. It was bloody frightening. A tiny amount of blood, but when blood is coming out of your best friend. At the time a scary situation.

Red dots are about as serious as a minor sunburn, they will go away in a few days and than just reduce the intensity of your workout or learn to live with red dots.

Yeah, let the poor guy rest. You should take a day or two off per week anyway to let your penis heal and get used to the new routine. Fitness buffs will tell you to hit the gym only 3-5 days a week so your muscles and tissue have time to heal. The penis is no different.

I got a nasty dark purple bruise on my penis the other day, a little smaller than a dime. As much as I hated to, I took the rest of the week off to let it heal.

What how can you complain about that? That’s so unserious, if I ever squeeze or clamp for longer than 30 seconds or jelq to hard I have this spot appear that goes dark purple almost black. Yours is nothing and everyone should get them at some stage, some will get them all the time.

It usually goes away within few days in my case. Lessen the pressure next time.

All I know is, when I hang I don’t usually get spots. So to see a dark purple spot after hanging you better believe I’m going to take it easy for a few days.

I still have it, but that dark purple bruise I got cleared up a bit. It’s still there, and slowly the dots are going away. I got about 2 left now out of the 5 I had. I also resumed my routine again today. Thanks to everyone who helped.

I had red dots on my unit for the first six months!! I could not really train with any force at all, finally I’m not turtling or getting red dots!
