I did some research and was unable to figure this out. Does girth gains affect lig gains?. I cant see girth gains having any affect on lig gains just tunica gains, since you are making the tunica bigger. I would be happy with a inch of length which i think i would get from stretching the ligs. My main goal is girth, i want to get it as fat as possible.

Yeah, I think you’re right. I doubt you’d see much length gain or lig stretch from increased girth. You might get a little, as jelqing does pull against that ligament, but I doubt you’d get much.

Are you intentionally looking to not get any length gains, or is it that you don’t care about length gains and are really hoping for the girth gains? If it is the former I’d think that concentrating on jelqs with no stretching is a good way to go. Otherwise I would just do the whole routine. I often do wonder however if the side stretches are adding to my girth at all.

I want to gain about a inch but i want to focus on some good girth gains while im working on maxing out the ligs. I know my ligs are good for at least a inch and cant see any girth gains affecting lig stretching.

I would just do the standard newbie routine then. That’s what I did until recently. Now I’m working to getting to be doing that plus pumping.

I have no real evidence, but I get the feeling that my jelqing is adding both length and girth.

I do it at about 80% erection level and am targeting girth (I usually couple it with 2 or 3 clamping sessions)

My jelque grip is pretty firm and I give a fairly strong tug at the end of each stroke.

I have only been doing this as my focus so I don’t have any results to report … but it certainly feels like it is working

There are people who gained 1” just from clamping; or pumping, which don’t stretch that much ligs either. It’s unlikely that you can get 1” stretching the ligs, the idea that most of length gains come from ligs gains is nothing but a myth. Those who have ligs cut gain a few millimeters in erect lenght when lucky, sometimes they gain nothing.

I started manual clamping 4 days ago and so far its going. Im up to 12 minutes of constant pressure with no red spots, good expansion, veins popping out everywhere and hard erections. Im going to work up to 20 minutes 2 on/1 off for the rest of the month. I want to go back to my jelqing/pumping/stretching routine when the month is over. I figure this will plenty of time for my skin to toughen up from the cut i made shaving. My question is will the manual clamping condition the big guy too much for me to go back to this routine and be able to make gains?

There have been a few things I’ve heard that haven’t made a lot of sense to me, and that I’m inclined to believe otherwise. Please note, I’m only expressing my opinion, and welcome both agreements & disagreements.

Here are 2 items I disagree with:

1) Getting erection gains from stretching the ligs: I can mostly see that these lig gains would affect flaccid length. When the penis reaches full extension, the ligs will stretch out, and if the ligs are tight, I would think the lig would be more apt to cause a bend, not a shorter EL. The ligs also help the penis stand up & point towards the belly button. If the lig was cut, or stretched, I would expect that at full erection, the penis will point at a lesser angle. So my point would be that stretching the ligs both makes penis look longer in flaccid state, reduces curvature if one has that issue, and lessens EL angle.

2) Focusing gains on length or girth, but not simultaneously: I don’t agree with this. I believe that both length & girth can be gained simultaneously, however gains may be faster in length or girth depending on the individuals physical attributes. In fact, I believe that doing PE on both length & girth will work synergistically. That way, the cells are being bombarded from different forces & angles that work better together for gains in both length & girth.

Measure your dick pointing straight out and measure it at a downward angle that will answer your first question. The more your erection is pointed downward the less of it is absorbed in your fat pad giving you a longer looking dick am I wrong? Just an opinion and as far as the girth goes I can not answer that. It makes sense that doing girth exercises make the tunica bigger or thicker which I can see making length gains harder but I could be wrong. All I can tell you is Im doing both if I gainsome good length then cool but if not as long as I make good gains on girth I will be happy.

Mr.BigStuff, I would say it’s absolutely true that measuring length in downward position would be slightly longer than perpendicular to body (straight out). And that is one of the reasons many suggest measuring when it’s perpendicular. That way it makes more accurate comparison to others, as well as comparison of before & after measurements.

My only point is that I’m quite convinced stretching out the ligs does not offer real EL gains. However, I digress, it could help reduce curvature, which would add to EL length, unless a person straightens it out manually when measuring. I’m being very basic here, and not elaborating too much, because someone could take my opinions and certainly add some what-if scenarios. I would generally say that in getting length gains, the lig needs to elongate in conjunction with length gains in all other cells of the penis. If a person were to only get lig gains, their total gains would primarily be in flaccid state, possibly less curvature (not guaranteed) and good chances in full erection state, it may not stand up as much (i.e. flat along stomach & point to the belly button). That’s about it. My opinion is that EL basically (very few exceptions) will not gain based on only lig gain. My second point is that if you get gains in all areas but the lig, chances are you’ll see increased bend in EL state.

I dont know the science behind it, all I know is people are getting results. Call it whenever you want. If the majority people say pulling on your dick makes it longer than whats Im going to do. I leave all the scientific stuff for someone else to figure out. I just had a simple question and was hoping for a simple answer.
