Hi again. This is my second post and I receive Lot of replies from the first one thanks it helps.

Now I’m just curious that they say it is quicker to have gains while in physically fit condition and those who are not will be a slow gainer if this is true, how slow will it be? Because I’m really not into exercising. Does lifting weights affect jelqing?

One more question does time really matters when it comes to jelqing or it is OK to have longer hours jelqing but has the same repetition.

Well I have gained an inch within 3 weeks, no exercise, just drinking lots of water. N O BS !

I think that the connection between good health and good PE results , is improved circulation and oxygen uptake .

PE is all about blood flow , along with stretching , and the better your blood flows , and the more oxygen it carries , the more your body can grow .

Plus , you just feel better , your libido increases , your confidence rises , you sleep better .

Look at the big picture , think holistically .

Well I was being serious(maybe it was because I went hard out at first ? Like doing expert routine and doing is consistently for like hours?). But In my second month, I have only gained abt 1/4 inch- seems to have slowed down. Oh, btw, the no exercise part meant no heavy training, I didnt mean no PE exercises.

Pic’s are worth a thousand words. Stop it dude before you drown in your own bullshit. We have some fast gainers here and nobody her has gained that fast. One month = 1 inch = bullshit.

How could anyone possibly interpret “no exercise” as meaning you didn’t do any exersize? Seems crystal clear to me you meant no “excessively hard training,” not no exersize at all… Not. :confused:

You specifically stated “No exercise, just drinking water”. You’re on a very thin line here…

Common sense tells me that the number one criteria for gains is doing PE, period, regardless of fitness level. I made my gains as a smoker. (I have since quit.)

If you are really in poor shape, I imagine it could impair gains, and conversely, if you are in great physical condition, it may help a little. But! In my opinion, 99% of making gains can be attributed to the PE you do, not other physical fitness exercises.
