another 2 month no gainer
Well I hit the 2 month mark today, and I am disappointed to say that I have no gains. I’ve been doing the newbie routine, 10 mins of manual stretches and 200-250 jelqs on a 2 on 1 off schedule. Right now I am feeling kind of disappointed that after all this effort I am not seeing results. However, I do know that this is a long process and I am going to keep on with the newbie routine for another month then move on to an advanced length routine. I think I might move onto a 3 on 1 off routine now though.
Here is a question though, since I haven’t gained anything yet does this mean that I am definitely a hard gainer and that it will take me extra long to get gains? Also is there any advice you could give on how I could possibly achieve some gains?
