Well I hit the 2 month mark today, and I am disappointed to say that I have no gains. I’ve been doing the newbie routine, 10 mins of manual stretches and 200-250 jelqs on a 2 on 1 off schedule. Right now I am feeling kind of disappointed that after all this effort I am not seeing results. However, I do know that this is a long process and I am going to keep on with the newbie routine for another month then move on to an advanced length routine. I think I might move onto a 3 on 1 off routine now though.

Here is a question though, since I haven’t gained anything yet does this mean that I am definitely a hard gainer and that it will take me extra long to get gains? Also is there any advice you could give on how I could possibly achieve some gains?

Same thing happened to me. Two months went by without a single gain. I do believe though that it helped to cement some extender gains.

I don’t think that this means you are a hard gainer. The exercises you’ve done just might not have been the ones that your penis responds the best to.

You’ll have to experiment with different things and find what works the best for you and your goals.

I did the newbie with no gains (except better erections) but afterwards got into clamping and in the first week of clamping gained 1/4 inch in girth.

You seem to be a man after length so you might want to look into Bird2’s length routine Ive heard good things about it.

Also in your next month you say you plan to do the newbie. I think you should use this next month to experiment a little. Add new exercises. Do more days of PE with only 1 or 2 breaks a week. Just change things up a little. Try to find out the best strategy for you.

No, this will definitely not say that you are a hard gainer, some people respond better to the newbie routine than others, just like Big Z says. Opposite to his advice I would still do the newbie routine but increase the amount of time. Go to 3/1 and increase your stretching and jelqing time, for instance do 15 minutes of stretches and 300-350 jelqs. See what happens after a month. If you aren’t gaining then, I would recommend my routine.

I’ve been doing the 5 on 2 off and it seems to have helped me make some modest newbie gains in about 3 weeks.
