Angles of stretching
There’s something I don’t understand. I downloaded the video of manual stretching exercises. The guy there stretches up, down, left and right, and keeps his penis always “pressed” against his body, the same way as clock hands are “pressed” against the surface of the clock. On the other hand, one could also stretch straight out of the body (at the 90 degrees angle), and at other angles but with the penis being pulled out, not held against the body surface. Do you guys combine these two “stretching styles” or what?
I have a very low LOT (between six and seven), and LOT theory makes sense to me. To make the most of my exercise, can anyone tell me at which angle is the “border” between stretches that target ligaments and this tunica (whatever this tunica is, I just don’t get it.)
