There’s something I don’t understand. I downloaded the video of manual stretching exercises. The guy there stretches up, down, left and right, and keeps his penis always “pressed” against his body, the same way as clock hands are “pressed” against the surface of the clock. On the other hand, one could also stretch straight out of the body (at the 90 degrees angle), and at other angles but with the penis being pulled out, not held against the body surface. Do you guys combine these two “stretching styles” or what?

I have a very low LOT (between six and seven), and LOT theory makes sense to me. To make the most of my exercise, can anyone tell me at which angle is the “border” between stretches that target ligaments and this tunica (whatever this tunica is, I just don’t get it.)

The way I figure it is this:
If you don’t have a high LOT to begin with you mainly concentrate on tunica stretching (the corpus of the penis if you will). Thus to reduce the pull on the underlying ligaments holding the penis in place you hold the penis at the base and just stretch the tunica in between (see tunica stretching).
If you don’t hold the penis firmly at the base while pulling you are pulling the underlying ligaments in the process (see ligament stretching).

I can’t really tell you about the angle since I got good gains by accidentally damaging my ligs (see it as: very thoroughly stretched ligaments), but didn’t lose much of LOT (only a quarter hour). So either the theory isn’t right for me or (more probably) the ligs will contract big time after having completely healed :)

Can’t really tell you about the angle though.. No experience with this (yet). Let’s see how it turns out as soon as I start doing PE when my ligs are fully healed again. :)

You can most definetly pull straight out (9o’clock). I think that is a more balanced pull on the ligs and tunica. If you have a low LOT take ys’ suggesstion by doing more tunica stretching at higher angles(don’t neglect low angle stretching completely though). Holding the base while stretching to target the tunica sounds like a good idea. I hadn’t heard of that before (I must be reading too quickly).

When you say ” you hold the penis at the base and just stretch the tunica in between” do you mean stretching with the hand holdin the penis at the base, or stretching with another hand? I mean, you mention “tunica in between”. Between what? Between two hands- one holding at the base and other holdin closer to the glans? I didn’t find any mention of this in posts I read so far.

Well imagine you stretched with your hand at the base.. Where would it go stretching? Outwards? Or into your belly? ;-)

I know the videos they give a slightly misleading picture of the tunica stretch.
a) Grab the base of your penis and hold it (without injuring as always). This may look like you are pulling into your belly, but it really isn’t.
b) Reverse ok an inch below your head.
c) Start pulling.

Pulling upwards seems to work best.. I usually do it directly out to the front though (9 o’clock) since this distributes the pull over the ligs and penis fundamental link to the pelvic bone (best left untouched) in case you lose your holding grip (as with all PE *blablabla* “.. and be very careful and caring about it” :) ).

Ys, just to make sure I understood.
Your a) and b) points - that is with two hands, am I right? One hand holds the base, while the other hand pulls?
And how is it that your posts are the only posts I came across in which stretching with usage both hands (at different places of the penis) is suggested? What do others say?

What the hell does the pelvic bone have to do with anything? Why would I touch it? What’s with this “losing your holding grip”? In one word - what???

Nemanja, yes, points a and b are with your two hands. The hand holding the base is stationary and the hand holding just below the glands is pulling outward (not too hard though). You don’t HAVE to use both hands, I think that was just a variation that ys uses. I personally only use the one hand just behind the glands when I stretch. I think your original question was about which direction. The direction is up to you and your member. Where ever you feel the most resistance is the direction you should pull.

Don’t worry about the last part of ys post if it confuses you. All you need to be worried with is taking it easy with your pulling. PE is supposed to be enjoyable not painful. Hope this helps.

I just added the part about the fundament of the penis because that’s where I managed to hurt myself by doing starry-eyed manual stretches that were pointed to this fundament..

Result?
Pain for 2 or 3 days (I was doing it very mildly.. It’s funny, but sometimes you actually learn from pain, hehe)

The reason why I rather use this twohanded tunica stretch than the onehanded standard one is just to keep the stress on the parts that don’t need to be affected by the exercise to a minimum.
IMO quite common sensical :)
