Angion Method for Decon Breaks?

Angion Method for Decon Breaks?

So… not that I am suggesting anyone be a guinea pig but:

What are some of all ya’lls thoughts of doing an Angion Method routine during a PE break?
It would seem like a great marriage, stretch, hang, squeeze a normal routine and then pump a crap load of blood in to help with recovery and growth?

Everything is still very new and all kinds of members are testing… this would just seem like another logical test/DOE.

Also, I kinda asked on the main thread but not to overload the info/data there… what would be the negative of doing some stretching before the Angion Method?

Not looking at changing my routine right now as I am squeezing out some gains but I am open in the future of trying this out.

Thanks for ya’lls feedback,
Michael

I think a break means a break; not just a different exercise!

I understand but the break is because we have been pulling, stretching, squeezing the tissue and due to adaptiblilty a Decon break helps to allow further stimuli down the road.
The Angion Method is doing none of those things/stresses… we would just be adding to the natural vacuum that circulates blood.

My issue and why I suck so bad at taking Decon breaks is I hate getting out of and then having to restart a routine. This would be a non-break break and I would think myself and others may benefit if this was a real option.

The fact of the matter is, as of right now, no one knows. My feeling Is you could take a shortened decon break of maybe a couple weeks, then start with the Angion method, and go from there. This is too new a method or theory for anyone to tell you for sure. The early adopters, or first generation of guinea pigs on the Angion method have only been at it a week. So, patience young Padawan, patience. Happy growing.

Agreed, it’s far too early to know what the true benefit and application is for The Angion. As Bearded Dragon said, as of right now this is some “glorified edging”. I definitely have not edged this much since starting PE!

I agree, it is too early to tell.

What about the second part?
What is wrong with a bit of stretching before Angion?
I understand it is a ‘stand alone’ method but…

So here is my thought, if the angion works as well as Janus stated, there will be 0 need to perform any other exercise as it relates to increasing size and improving eq.

With that said, I think once all the dust settles the angion method will find its home as something like what yoga is to a weightlifting program or any other athlete.

It will find its home as a compliment to more aggressive traditional forms of PE by providing improved stamina and circulation. Still not a bad thing and a good exercise that will have its place, but just ultimately not the panacea that we were all hoping for.

Again, just too early to draw any final conclusions.

Try stretching and see what happens. We are all guinea pigs here.

Thanks LE with you being one of the people actually trying this out, I appreciate your thoughts.

I on the other hand am just reading and asking questions.
Lol

Your thoughts on this are similar to mine. I feel that if it does not indeed prove to be the ultimate new PE method, it will at the least find its place in PE. To me, it has definitely proven its power for increasing EQ. So much to where I can’t even not doing some burst expansion sets inbetween my jelqing and ULI’s. It just feels too good and makes my unit blow up with blood flow.

So either way I think Janus is a badass, personally. Lol

This could be a huge breakthrough for ED, perhaps as well.

Lol, Janus is a badass!

A break is a break.

Little Engine just said it and I guess Bearded Dragon did too, I honestly can’t read through that whole thread but I felt after watching the video that it’s just another form of edging. In the past edging led to some gains for me and it’s what’s really missing from my routine, just straight up edging.

But I’ll say it again a break is a break.

So KC, where do you stand on the whole break thing?
Lol

Thanks, I know that is good advice.

It’s in some sense the concept of Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory but with more detailed and anatomicly fitting explanations.

Stretching the tunica and then developing the smooth muscles is basicaly tgc. Angion would in a sense do the smooth muscles part. "Filling in" what was stretched before.
I certainly think its possible to combine it with all other PE methods. Obviously hanging etc. work too. The veins and smooth muscles can push the tunica espacially if its done often.
But I think there are limits on what angion can achieve on its own. But if you continiously do angion for a lot of time (4 hours+ or high frequency within days) you might weaken the tunica so much that it gives.(plastic deformation)
