Didn’t realise this was your purpose. But as far as that goes - can’t add any personal experiences, as my backdoor is completely off limits. Which has baffled fem sex partners since I am extremely turned on by ass.. I am into analingus (performing on a fem). But won’t allow the favor to be returned..
Also, I don’t have problems with orgasm.. So, not much I can add in the way of personal experience.
But I have heard that prostate stimulation is a thing some men are into. So there it is for what it’s worth. Sorry for the mix-up.
Glad to get all that sorted. I’m relatively open minded when it comes to trying things.. I’ll try anything once if I’m feeling adventurous and it doesn’t cost too much in risk or cash-flow. I am curious on what zaneblue has to say on the definitive idea of prostate stimulation.
Personally, after much consideration, the mentality seems to be the thing everywhere: the Aneros user manual, tantric technique, honest sexual advice from experienced people—and psychologists. I’m fully aware from digital experimentation that the prostate & it’s nerve bundle do feel good when nudged. But, honestly, is the Aneros, or something similar, more of a catalyst than a solution? I’m wondering if mentality is everything when compared to what we’ve got in the physical world. Granted that concept is broad as the cosmos, but as it pertains to sexuality & intimacy, what doth the hive mind think?
Iamaru wrote an excellent manifesto on meditative & tantric sex here and I found it quite enlightening. I have written a few unpublished manuscripts on how I believe the mind works with respect to stimuli-interpretation-symbolic manipulation-translation-reaction/action cycles. (Perhaps a separate thread could be formed to discuss the intra-cosmology of the human brain, and it’s methods of existence and operation in another forum here?) Strictly within the scope of sex, sexuality, and in this more limited case, the Aneros, I ponder the following: Is the thought of the presence of the device and the focus on the sensations more important than the device actually being present? (Edit: in essence a placebo effect)
Clearly one member has posted saying it doesn’t work as advertised. Several people on the Aneros website have lengthy discussions on how easy or hard it is to get the device to produce amazing sensations as advertised.
To recap: Does it work when it’s in? Do people here who have used an Aneros practice meditative focus, or just throw it in? I’m trying to get to the bottom of how the Aneros works, why it works, and if it can work for me. -Yaog
