I read a thread recently that implied we do our best healing while we sleep. Considering the importance of the healing process, I readjusted my schedule to do my routine in the evenings. It’s actually working out quite well. The children are in bed and I have all the time I need. My wife is aware of my PE activities, so she doesn’t mind me taking up the bathroom for 45 minutes every night. Since switching from mornings to evenings, I wake up with wood almost every morning.
