An odd question.
I am new here and just started PE the other day. I am doing 15 minutes worth of jelqs every day with warm ups etc. I am now on my third day.
Basically I wanted to know what way I should go about achieving my goal which some of you may find very underwhelming!
I am currently NBPEL: 6.3” and MSEG: 5.6” so I feel like I do not need to get huge gains as I do not want to become huge. I am mainly after some more length and a touch more girth to match.
My goal would be somewhere around 7-7.5” NBPEL (+.7-1.2”) and 6-6.2” MSEG (+.4-.6”)
What routine would be the best to achieve this? JP90?
And how long does the average guy take to achieve such gains? Then cement then?
I want this so I can fill up women a bit more and for myself. I work out 6 times a week and I have heard that this helps with gains too..
