Hi all!

I am new here and just started PE the other day. I am doing 15 minutes worth of jelqs every day with warm ups etc. I am now on my third day.
Basically I wanted to know what way I should go about achieving my goal which some of you may find very underwhelming!

I am currently NBPEL: 6.3” and MSEG: 5.6” so I feel like I do not need to get huge gains as I do not want to become huge. I am mainly after some more length and a touch more girth to match.

My goal would be somewhere around 7-7.5” NBPEL (+.7-1.2”) and 6-6.2” MSEG (+.4-.6”)

What routine would be the best to achieve this? JP90?

And how long does the average guy take to achieve such gains? Then cement then?

I want this so I can fill up women a bit more and for myself. I work out 6 times a week and I have heard that this helps with gains too..

I would suggest the Newbie Routine until the gains slow. Just jelqing, with no stretches is likely to impact length less.

If you aren’t seeing signs of gains pretty quickly then change your routine. By the end of month one you should be seeing obvious, if not measurable, changes. If you haven’t measured a gain by month two, reconsider your routine.

I don’t know where you’ve heard this from but it sounds unlikely. It may be that someone who works out also has the determination required for PE.

What sort of gains do most see in a month? I understand this varies however.

Some people won’t get a measurable gain that quickly, but will notice differences. The only way you’ll know if you are gaining is by accurately measuring.
