Guys I have been VERY inconsistent with PE, but I’ve seen enough EQ benefits to believe it works.. This time around I look to get consistent

I firmly believe in stretches for length so I try and do a billion variations - helicopter, also using my finger as fulcrums at different parts of the penis, etc.

I was stretching a few days ago.. I usually hold the stretch for 10-20 seconds. But I don’t know that day I decided I wanted to feel the near the base of my unit.. So I tugged, released very slightly, and tugged again and so on.. And the force in the lower area was faaar better, actually felt as if I was stretching the vessels inside rather than the skin above. Just pulling and holding the stretch never worked the base that way. I’ve incorporated it in my routine now because it feels great. I used my finger at the base to for other angles.
I believe when stretching the bulk of the length has to come from the lower part of the penis because I’ve noticed difference between me and the bigger guys seems to be in that part.. I’ve got a sizable head..

So I don’t know if this is new or not.. But I feel I might be on to something.. I just stretched and now sitting at my office desk and I can still feel the effects near my base. Do try and let me know if it feels better.. I’m pretty hopeful this will give me gains.

Secondly, and perhaps less importantly, I read some stuff about sitting on a tennis ball and reverse kegeling. I substituted my fingers for the tennis ball.. Pushed my fingers into the perineum.. Then maintaining the push, brought my fingers up to my scrotum.. From the other hand, I stretched my member, the stretch feels different, and better too. This I need to experiment a little more today to be sure it works. Only did it yesterday. So I’ll update you on it.

I’m not sure I’ve made myself very clear in the above post.. I mean to compare standard stretching (pulling and holding the stretch) with tugging and slightly releasing (slightly is important) and tugging again.

It sounds similar to a JAI stretch. I also recall reading of people who pull slightly for a few seconds, release, THEN proceed to a 20-30 second stretch. I have experimented with that and it does seem to give a better stretch.

Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

About stretching.yeah.something like that.. But I’m talking milliseconds.. I also had a popping sound in my pelvis the other day.. Not painful at all.. Seemed like a good thing.. Ligs getting loose and forward or something.anyway.lets c.I’m very hopeful

You are onto something. Tom Hubbard recommends something like that..
