Hey, guys, just wanted to share my goals for the year with you all.

I am currently at ~6.5 NBP and would like to bring that up to around 7.5 by the end of the year if possible. Girth wise, I fluctuate too much to give an accurate measurement at the moment.

Anyway, I’m wondering how exactly I should go about doing this? Should I stretch more, or jelq more? Should I try something other than my modified newbie routine (been PE’ing on and off for 6 months now)? What exercise should I incorporate the most if I want to see definitive length gains?

All help is appreciated, and I am looking forward to updating this page often. I will also be celibate for the remainder of the year, and while it probably won’t help me at all, it will at least give me a lot of free time!

Here is what I’ve been doing, any suggestions?

5-min Rice Sock
5-min Assorted stretches
5-min BTC stretch
5-min Assorted stretches
15-min C-jelq
15-min C-jelq
5-min Rice Sock
50 10 second (hold) Kegels
Hot shower

I remember reading from an active member here that stretches are actually meant to give gains solely, while jelqs are for girth. Is this right?

Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.

So, more jelq less stretch equals more length?

No, do stretches for length, that is their purpose. Yes you can get length from jelqing but I think it is rare and difficult.

Also how often do you perform your routine?

I meant to mention although when jelqing since you want length, do it as the New Jelq City thread says to insure your doing all you can.

I’m doing the routine on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

I would rather just gain all the length I can first. If I ever switch over to girth, I would just like to dedicate that time to girth exercises. I’m starting to notice in my early PE career that my unit is not responding well to a balanced routine, and that maybe I need to focus on one goal at a time. I have honestly not been able to pinpoint how much I have gained exactly, if any at all. I know I wrote 6.5 NBP, but I just took a measurement not too long ago, and I’m back to my starting point of 6.2, so I’m in need of a change.

If stretching is the main way for length, then I would rather just do:

5min warmup
45min stretch (flaccid?)
15min jelq (60-70%)
5min cooldown

same days, all while in front of a heat source (my radiator, haha).

Also, while the New Jelq City does look promising, that guy must have a lot of time on his hands. A session like that must be at least 2 hours long. I just don’t have that kind of time.

Then do it in the time you have.

As a newbie I did not spend that much time on PE because I couldn’t == I think that is ok because it helps get you acclimated. Plus I managed to gain anyway.

Also for what it is worth I did not gain any girth from jelqing. Other guys have said the same. I do think it helps with length, but like they say “your mileage may vary”.

I am no PE master, but it would seem that low-stress, supplemental exercises are the best route to take. I have reached a similar crossroads, where I wish to add, but I am extremely apprehensive about stress or injury. Personally, I have incorporated a low-pressure pump routine a couple of times per week, built a “desk hanging/stretching” device to stay limber while I work, and have incorporated 1 lb ankle weights for hanging (If ankle weights are not expressly recommended, they should be, send me a note if you do not know what I am talking about.). I was surprised at how much effort I have invested in this enterprise.

I’m taking the perspective that I do not wish to be bored during a workout. I think I will get more even results by employing several, novice-level exercises. I have not seen a method on this forum that does not make some sense.

Please, if I sound like a lunatic, someone set me straight. I’m not kidding.

That’s my two-bits. I wish us all a good year! Gaining an inch in every direction would definitely make for a good year!

No rudeness intended in what I’m going to say.

I suspect you haven’t enough experience with the newbie routine yet; if you had, you were not asking questions like : ‘Are jelqs only for length?’.

If the above hypothesis is true, my advice would be: stay on the newbie routine (or the linear nwebie routine) at least for three months consistently, whitout changing anything. Many things will be clearer for you.

I’ve gained over an inch in length and 4/10 of an inch in girth in my 10 months of PE. I started out average length, and am now over 8 BPEL, I have flaccid gains of 1 to 2 inches, and after a workout have between a 6.5-7 inch flaccid non-bonepressed. I attribute these gains to reading all of the posts of the GREAT gainers here; having extreme drive and persistence; along with an understanding and very APPRECIATIVE wife, and a fair amount of free-time.

My routine is constantly changing over time; as I think that the penis gets used to and adapts to a continuos routine; and fails to grow as a result. By changing things up, my penis doesn’t know what to expect and continues to grow as a result.

I feel that the more time, you can devote to PE, the better your results. The most impressive gainers Pe’d for large amounts of time.

I try to wear an extender 3 to 4 hours a day/ 6 days a week. While wearing the extender, I can putz around the house, watch TV or get on the computer/internet. I spend 30 minutes/day jelqing/stretching. And Pump at low pressure/ or hang with the Vac hanger perhaps 2 hours/ week each. After my workout, I firmly believe in wearing an ADS and have been using Monkeybars AutoADS and now AutoXleeve for 10 hours/day, and while I’m working.

My routine may not work for everyone; but it has been working beyond my wildest dreams for me. If I ever hit a slump. I will take a month long decon break, but I’ve been gaining 1/8 inch consistently with this and will ride these gains out for as long as I can.

Thank you all. I will contemplate on how I should exactly alter my newbie routine because, while it is true that I am new and still fresh to the PE game, I feel a positive response from my unit at the end of each workout. More stretching is something I will look into. I will not neglect my jelq routine, however. I just wish I wasn’t so resistant to the stuff, and by that I mean that my penis just sometimes does not want to cooperate with me, making some sessions seem better than others.

Today, was a better day, I must say.

5-min rice
15-min stretches (felt some ligament pops)
30-min jelq (masturbated sometime around 20minutes in, unfortunately this made me end weak since I wasn’t as focused anymore)
50 10 second kegels
I forgot to cooldown, which is something I will not let happen again

How I wish I had all of those tools, toobsnake! It really sucks to have my lame sales job and barely make enough to eat let alone devote some time to my hobbies. All I have are my hands and a few hours to myself in the morning before my house gets filled with upwards of 10 people or I have to go to work. When I get home, my house is a zoo, so only a moderate amount of stealth PE is possible before people start to get suspicious. Maybe I will stretch out during the nights while locked up in my bathroom?

My supposed +.3 have been made that much more difficult to gain because of all of these distractions, but I’m always up for a challenge.
