Amazingly fast gain routine
Hi all, my name is Jack, and I’m an Asian guy currently 28 years old. I understand that everyone’s body is different, and this is what has worked for me after experimenting for a while
Let’s get to it, I started to seriously PE since this February(2016), starting measurement : 5.5 inches BPEL, and I gained a little less than an inch in 7 months.
1. Turn my Infrared heater on and warm up, and yes I do use it in the summer, which was painful..
2. Keep the heater on, hang BTC for 1 hour while watching TV or playing on my computer. I use a Bib’s hanger. I hang 3 x 20 min sessions.
3. Go to the restroom, put on some lube and pump to the max pressure you can handle and maintain it. 2 x 15 sessions, 5 min rest in between. Most people argue that high pressure pumping is bad. But I’m yet to experience real side effects. Currently I’m pumping at 20hg. I use a leluv’s maxi pump.
4. This is the most important step, follow Thunder’s video instruction and make your all day invisible stretcher. Cotton strips + theraband + tape + belt. This step is crucial because after pumping and hanging, your ligs are stretched and penis enlarged ( using a thin cylinder for length gain) , you want to keep it stretched and so your body will heal to its stretched elongated state. I don’t stretch it hard, just enough force to keep it stretched. So I have no problem wearing it to work and off work.
5. Before I sleep, I will take the stretcher off.
6. The next day, I hang again to keep my ligs micro teared. But I won’t pump. And I will wear the stretcher again.
