Amazingly fast gain routine

Hi all, my name is Jack, and I’m an Asian guy currently 28 years old. I understand that everyone’s body is different, and this is what has worked for me after experimenting for a while

Let’s get to it, I started to seriously PE since this February(2016), starting measurement : 5.5 inches BPEL, and I gained a little less than an inch in 7 months.

1. Turn my Infrared heater on and warm up, and yes I do use it in the summer, which was painful..
2. Keep the heater on, hang BTC for 1 hour while watching TV or playing on my computer. I use a Bib’s hanger. I hang 3 x 20 min sessions.
3. Go to the restroom, put on some lube and pump to the max pressure you can handle and maintain it. 2 x 15 sessions, 5 min rest in between. Most people argue that high pressure pumping is bad. But I’m yet to experience real side effects. Currently I’m pumping at 20hg. I use a leluv’s maxi pump.
4. This is the most important step, follow Thunder’s video instruction and make your all day invisible stretcher. Cotton strips + theraband + tape + belt. This step is crucial because after pumping and hanging, your ligs are stretched and penis enlarged ( using a thin cylinder for length gain) , you want to keep it stretched and so your body will heal to its stretched elongated state. I don’t stretch it hard, just enough force to keep it stretched. So I have no problem wearing it to work and off work.
5. Before I sleep, I will take the stretcher off.

6. The next day, I hang again to keep my ligs micro teared. But I won’t pump. And I will wear the stretcher again.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have personally not owned a pump that would go that high. And for the times I’ve ventured to 14 Hg, they were uncomfortable, dangerous and only possible after months of high pressure conditioning. And even at that point at my most conditioned to pump use, if I had used 20 HG…I would have needed to go to an emergency room and likely needed drastic intervention if I used that amount of pressure even 60 seconds.

I won’t even get started with hanging and pumping at once.

Please, do not recommend this. It’s incredibly dangerous.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.

To the newbies who may be reading this:

This is an extreme and potentially harmful routine. Don’t try it! The probability of injury is too great to risk it!

Does this routine come with a subscription to the injuries subforum?

Especially posted in PE basics… This seems dangerous. A little under an inch gained in 7 months, as a newbie. I think you can make the same gains easily with a far less intense full-time-job routine which is also a lot safer. I hope newbies who read the title and the post will be hesitant to apply it.

Feb 2016: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

Oct 20th: 185 mm BPEL (7.28") 136 mm MEG (5.35")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

I tried high pressure once - 16Hg for a few seconds before a blood vessel popped! That forced an injury healing break and no PE therefore no gains during a few weeks.
My pump has green and yellow safety zones printed on the gauge, I learnt my lesson and never go beyond the yellow zone (or 12Hg) and if I do, it won’t be for more than a few seconds.

By the way, I made similar gains to the OP when I was a newbie by pumping alone, there’s no need to go extreme so soon.

Maybe his pressure gauge is broken.

Keep in mind that atmospheric pressure is 29.92 in hg. Going to -20 in hg is essentially reducing the pressure 2/3 the way to a pure vacuum.

No one sure ever use such a routine.

Ironically, the OP just posted in May that high-vacuum pumping was damaging to his EQ to the point that he couldn’t get an erection. And now he’s advocating it.
