I think that two things are possible.
First, it appears to be possible for some men to get quick and significant early gains by stretching the ligs. I did.
Secondly, I wonder if some men at certain points don’t have a penis that has perhaps shrunk a bit because of age or lack of recent sexual activity, and so the beginning of PE just sort of recovers a latent capacity, resulting in the appearance of a quick gain.

Goal: 7.25" BPEL x 5.75" EG, currently over HALF WAY THERE! on length and ACHIEVED GIRTH!
