lightening1, there is just too much of information in this site for you to digest in a reasonable amount of time. Fellows here want to help you, but they could just make you confused with too much ‘technicality’ :) ; what you do really need to know right now is all here:
You don’t need ballooning, edging, clamping etc. etc.. You can start the newbie routine, or the linear routine, and being consistent likely you’ll achieve some gains, harder erections and more stamina.
You can read around here, learning while you gain. I advice you tracking measurements of your penis, and also taking pics; actually, it would be a good idea starting a progress report thread.
That’s more than you do need to know, right now :) .
