Am I too old for this

lightening1, there is just too much of information in this site for you to digest in a reasonable amount of time. Fellows here want to help you, but they could just make you confused with too much ‘technicality’ :) ; what you do really need to know right now is all here:

You don’t need ballooning, edging, clamping etc. etc.. You can start the newbie routine, or the linear routine, and being consistent likely you’ll achieve some gains, harder erections and more stamina.

You can read around here, learning while you gain. I advice you tracking measurements of your penis, and also taking pics; actually, it would be a good idea starting a progress report thread.

That’s more than you do need to know, right now :) .

Well, yeah I know marinera. If I read correctly, and you read my last post, I don’t need edging and ballooning. As far as hanging, thats not me nor I have I inquired. To me thats going overboard, plus I’m sure my wife would think I’m nuts having something hanging on my dick. And I don’t even know what clamping is. Really don’t think I want to know actually. Lol But thanks for post. I am and will continue the newbie.

I hope you are not too old. If you are, then so am I.

I started foreskin restoration (FR) just over a year ago, when I was 45 years old. I started PE techniques about two months ago. I am doing PE in addition to the FR stuff now.

Recommend doing allot of reading in this and other forums before you start. Highly recommend starting very slowly with the newbie routine or even less than that. Read the less is more stuff.

I am doing 5-10 min of heating pad to groin, 9 x 30 second manual stretches in various directions, 6 x 20 second cranks in various directions, 50 to 70 wet Jelqs, and 5-10 minutes in a hot shower to warm down and clean up. I also use a TLC tugger day and at night for FR.

During the last month or so I have increased BPEL by 1/8 of an inch and have maintained a good EQ. I am not setting the PE world on fire, but I think I am safely working into PE.

From what I’ve read in this thread, I’m not too old. 44 years old. Thanks for the post. I am following the newbie routine with a few extra’s. Penis feels fine and I have a better EQ. Hopefully gains will come. Thanks again.

Another question guys. It appears I’m getting a little excess skin around my shaft below the glans. Only noticeable flaccid. Is this normal?

I see that folk have already added quite a lot here and thus I hope that this has proven worthy in helping you. Our response to PE may vary but I do not think age plays a huge role in that, there are men nearly twice my age here who have gained a lot more than I have. PE is very much equal opportunities :-)

I am glad to hear you have started the newbie routine, one thing I will make mention of and which you have already come across this is a marathon and not a sprint. Gains will come thats near enough given but they may come at vary speeds.

Yes. It’s due to the jelq.
