Am I overtraining my unit
I believe this is my first post :)
I’ve been doing PE for about 3 months now and noticed minimal gains doing manual stretches and jelqs. I’m trying to get to the bottom of the problem and I’m thinking lately that I’ve been overtraining my unit which could be detrimental..
I warm up every session and do standard manual stretches (all directions). At first I started with 100 jelqs and then progressed to 200. Then I warm down. 2 days on 1 day off (now 3 days on, one day off) One night I noticed some relatively minor pain in my unit, so I decided to scale down to 150 just in case. Now, when I jelq, around the 125 mark, there is a mild discomfort, almost pain in my unit.. Could this be due to overtraining? Am I just jelqing badly??
I’m a brown beast :p , so discolouration is hard to see, but I’ve only noticed an improvement in EQ and no constant pain. I’m so confused.
As I said, it’s been 3 months and I’ve gained a bit under 1/4 inch in length and under a 1/4 inch in girth. (Which, surprisingly, my girlfriend has noticed!) Any advice?
