Am i Kegelling right?

Hey! I’ve looked at the “Locating the BC Muscle” thread but I’m not sure if I’m kegelling correctly. When I kegel, should my anus contract aswell? or shuold it just be the “front” part of my BC Muscle?

Yes, your anus should contract. One method of knowing whether you are kegeling correctly is to put a finger in your anus and see if your anus is clamping on it. It’s just like stopping a piss, your anus will contract in that situation as well.
